I AM SORRY TO ALL MY CUSTOMERS THAT HAVE HAD TO OPEN DISPUTES. ALL MY EBAY ITEMS GOT ERASED FROM MY SOLD ITEMS AND I HAVE NO IDEA WHO BOUGHT WHAT UNLESS A DISPUTE IS OPENED. I HAVE BEEN ABLE TO LOCATE SOME ITEMS THROUGH EMAILS. THIS IS NOT AN INTENTIONAL THING AND I AM NOT TRYING TO RIP ANYONE OFF....I HAVE GIVEN EVERY SINGLE PERSON A REFUND OR THEIR ITEM PLUS A FREE GIFT IF THAT IS WHAT THEY WANTED. I HAD A SYSTEM SET UP MY WAY THAT I DID THINGS AND IT ALL GOT ERASED. I CONTACTED EBAY AND THERE WASN'T ANYTHING THEY COULD DO. I AM TRYING TO FIGURE EVERYTHING OUT AND MAKE SURE EVERYONE GETS WHAT THEY ORDERED OR THEIR MONEY BACK. I KNOW SOME OF YOU HAVE WAITED A LONG TIME AND HAVE BEEN VERY PATIENT AND I THANK YOU FROM THE BOTTOM OF MY HEART FOR THAT. I GOT SO OVERWHELMED OVER CHRISTMAS, EVERYTHING IN MY HOUSE GOT MOVED AROUND BECAUSE OF MOLD FOUND IN MY HOUSE AND IT JUST MESSED EVERYTHING UP FOR ME. I HAD EVERYTHING PARTIALLY ORGANIZED AND WHEN ALL YOUR TOTES ARE THE SAME COLORS AND NOT LABELED, THATS A PROBLEM. I HAVE 1000'S OF ITEMS....I AM AN HONEST SELLER AND HAVE BEEN FOR 2 YEARS NOW.... I AM SORRY THAT A LOT OF YOU HAD TO LEAVE ME NEGATIVE FEEDBACK BUT IF YOU ONLY KNEW WHAT I HAVE BEEN THROUGH IN THE LAST MONTH AND A HALF, YOU WOULD HAVE A LITTLE COMPASSION BUT SOME PEOPLE JUST DON'T AND I HOPE THIS DOESN'T HAPPEN TO ANYONE ELSE. THANK YOU SINCERELY TO THE UNDERSTANDING ONES AND I WILL BE BACK UP AND RUNNING AGAIN AS SOON AS I CAN GET BETTER ORGANIZED SO THIS DOES NOT HAPPEN AGAIN.
