Delivery
Delivery methods vary depending on the product you purchase. Usually, larger items are couriered via DHL and smaller items are sent using either Royal Mail 1st class or standard parcels delivery. You can see the postage and packaging charge for each item on the listing and if you wish to find out the delivery method (or request a specific method) please contact us.
We aim to dispatch within 5 working days after receiving your payment. We may post sooner, but to avoid disappointment please allow this time frame as we sometimes need to collect items from our storage, re-test them, package and arrange delivery. Once goods are dispatched please also account for the additional time needed for delivery, depending on the courier/service used and your destination.
We are happy to combine and reduce postage for multiple purchases- please contact us for quotes!
Returns:
We check and test all our items carefully before listing, and again before dispatching... and always describe the condition fairly and accurately in our adverts.
We will only accept returns if the item differs substantially from the description. If you feel this is the case please contact us within 7 days for details on how to proceed.
PLEASE NOTE: Items which are stated as faulty and are being sold for 'spares or repair' will not be refunded under any circumstances.
If the item you receive has become damaged during delivery, we will give you our full assistance in claiming your money back through Royal Mail or the courier service used. However, please note that the amount of money you are able to reclaim from the postal provider may depend on the level of postage insurance you request.
Buyers are responsible for requesting any additional insurance they require when making their payment. We can not be held responsible for any losses incurred as a result of damage during delivery.
