TERMS OF SALE
POSTAGE AND PACKAGING
Buyer Pays for all shipping and handling charges. Quoted shipping is for U.S. destinations only. California residents are responsible for paying 9.25% tax on purchases.
International buyers, please ask for shipping quote for shipping outside the U.S. International shipping will be sent via Air mail or global priority mail. All International buyers must pay in USD. It is a crime to falsify customs documents. Please do not ask us to do so. Your customs document will be marked "used clothing" and the full value that you paid for this item will be listed.
International customers are responsible for any customs fees, taxes, VAT, and/or duties associated with shipping to their respective countries, should they be assessed. Any customs fees, taxes, tariffs, duties, etc. that may be incurred at the time of delivery, are at the discretion of your country's tax regulations, and we are not responsible for those types of charges. For additional information, please refer to your local customs agency.
Orders are shipped next day in most cases, M-F. Most of our orders are packed and shipped for USPS priority mail.
Insurance is $1.80 per $50.00 dollar value, $2.15 from $50.01 to $100.00. Insurance is optional and is the responsibility of the buyer. Insurance is recommended as I cannot be responsible for the package once it ships from me or for undelivered mail. If you wish to purchase insurance you can add it in at your discretion in PayPals invoice, or add it to your auction total for a money order or Cashiers Check.
We always combine shipping costs on multiple purchases to try and make it as economical as possible for the high bidder.
Exceptionally light or outstandingly heavy purchases are subject to last minute revised shipping fees.
PAYMENT
We Prefer Payment through PayPal but will also accept money orders and cashier checks. BUY IT NOW purchases require payment within 24 hrs. We accept all major credit card payments through PayPal. Please use my PayPal registered email address, pamfierro@yahoo.com to send payment. Please do not send a personal check. If sending a money order or cashiers check please include the auction item number and where you wish to have your purchase sent.
Please respond within 3 days after auction ends. Payment must reach us no longer than 10 days from auction end date or item will be relisted and feedback will be left.
For items that are sold with a value of $250.00 or more we require buyer to have a confirmed shipping address in PayPal. If your address is unconfirmed we will ask that you confirm it before we ship your package. To confirm a shipping address in PayPal you have the following options:
-Add a credit card to your PayPal account. PayPal will confirm the credit card billing address (the address where you receive your credit card statement).
-Apply for PayPal Buyer Credit. If they're approved, the address on your application will be a confirmed address.
-Alternate address confirmation. This process takes several days and is only available for U.S. accounts. To learn more, log in to your PayPal account and visit Alternate Address Confirmation.
RETURN POLICY
Please ask any questions you may have about an item before placing a bid. While we do our best to describe each item, once in a great while something slips by. If we have grossly misrepresented an item, or if the item has a challenge that was not called out in the auction, please email me and let’s work it out. We do not accept return’s for ‘wrong size’ as most of our auctions include measurement information. Please compare measurements with an item that fits you well. Most measurements are taken lying flat and unstretched. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable. If you need to return an item contact with me must be made within 3 days of recieving item. Item must be returned to us insured with delivery confirmation within 10 working days or refund is considered void. Sorry, we don't give or process partial refunds.
