It's Me!!

Hello!  I'm Audrey Parker, 'glassandmassagelady' and the creative force behind Virago Creations. A massage therapist, Reiki and Crystal healer and jewelry and multi-media artisan, I am constantly using my hands to mold, twist, bend, weave and create. 

I originally began selling decorative glass items on eBay - martini glasses, candleholders, and my own handpainted beverage sets.  As my jewelry business took off, I had less time for the glass, and began creating more jewelry. I am currently selling glassware, collage and multi-media items (including photo and collage greeting cards) and vintage jewelry components and beads. I am also an eBay Trading Assistant. I pick your items up and handle the whole process of listing & selling your items on eBay, then send you a check when it's all over

A mostly self-taught jewelry designer and former New Yorker, I just relocated from South Florida to Albuquerque, New Mexico.

In 2004, I won Third Place in the Turquoise Category of the 2004-2005 Fire Mountain Gems & Beads contest and several of my creations appear in the Beadstyle Magazine Online Forum Challenges.  You can find a variety of my creations at my website - http://www.viragocreations.com, at my Etsy store - http://viragocreations.etsy.com and at the LJ Singer Gallery in Palm Springs, California. I'm a member of Mensa and enjoy worldwide travel, museums, cooking, sunbathing on the beach, winetasting, touring historic homes and scouring flea markets, thrift boutiques and consignment shops for things to use in my creations and to sell.
