Payment |
1.)
Glealmet accepts PayPal (all forms) only.
2.)
Glealmet does not accept cash, checks, BidPay or money orders.
3.)
Payment must be made within seven (7) days of auction end. After seven
(7) days you will automatically receive an Unpaid Item Reminder from
eBay. After 14 days Glealmet will automatically close the UID, recoup lost
fees and you will receive and unpaid item strike on your eBay account
and neutral or negative feedback for the transaction. |

Fees

1.)
All Florida sales are subject to sales tax 6.5%.
2.)
glealmet charges a minimum of $15.00 for shipping and handling on every
auction.
3.)
glealmet does combine shipping for multiple items purchased on same invoice
(please ask for an adjusted invoice BEFORE paying to receive a
discount.)
4.)
A $10.00 handling fee applies to pick up an item. |

Shipping &
Handling |
1.)
Shipping and Handling (S&H) includes all of the following: Actual
shipping, cost of shipping supplies, handling cost (cost of labor to
package), and actual insurance on items over $100.
2.)
Glealmet only ships to the 48 Continental United States.
3.)
Glealmet does NOT ship to Canada, Hawaii, Alaska or Puerto Rico.
4.)
Glealmet ships via UPS Ground ONLY.
5.)
There is NO shipping available to Post Office (P.O.) boxes or APO/FPO
Military Addresses.
6.)
Shipping and Handling fees are based on the items' type, weight and
girth.
7.)
Glealmet usually ships within one (1) business day AFTER payment is
received. Depending on circumstances- shipping may take up to three (3)
business days.
8.)
Glealmet ships every business day - Monday - Friday.
9.)
Any item without shipping and handling fees noted do not have shipping
and handling available. Those items are freight (buyer to arrange and
pay for freight) or pick up.
10.)
A $10.00 handling fee applies to pick up an item. |

Refunds,
Returns & Exchanges |
1.)
Nearly all Glealmet auctions are sold AS-IS.
2.)
Refunds, returns, and/or exchanges will not be authorized for any other
reason than the item being misrepresented.
3.)
All returns require an RMA prior to returning (please email glealmet for
details.)
4.)
Items must be returned through UPS at the customers expense. |
