Global Parts, Inc. is a supplier of brand new repair parts, maintenance items and accessories for the heavy duty truck and trailer industry. We specialize in brake, suspension, cargo control, lighting, electrical, exhaust, filtration and body parts for all makes of over-the road trailers and trucks. We also offer a full line of safety related items, shop tools & supplies, as well as a complete line of chrome accessories. In addition we are branching out to carry many Marine and RV related products.

| After winning an auction or choosing a Buy It Now purchase, you have 2 check-out options:

Check-Out Later: If you do not choose to Check-Out now, you will be notified by eBay via e-mail that you are the winning bidder. There is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of an auction closing. Our message will contain a link to our simple and secure checkout system, where you will be able to quickly and conveniently pay for your purchase.
Our secure checkout will give you the choice to pay via PayPal, Credit Card or Money Order. Please be sure to include your auction number and your shipping address when submitting payment by mail. We do not accept Personal Checks. Payment is expected within 5 days of auction closing.

All sales are final and all items are sold "as is." We will not be held responsible for questions not asked or information not read. In the rare occurrence where a refund is demanded and we agree to do so, we will not refund any shipping or handling costs or pay for return shipping or handling cost to send item back to our location. We will only refund the amount of the item itself after we have received the item and it is found to be in the same condition as when we originally shipped. All material damaged in transit must be settled with the freight carrier upon receipt and noted on receipt. No warranty, guarantee or liability (if any) is stated or implied on any product beyond the manufacturer.
In the rare circumstance where we make a shipping error, we will pay for shipping back to our location and for shipping of the correct item to you. Of course you will be entitled to a full refund if you would rather not have the correct part after our rare mistake. It is our pledge that you will receive the exact item that you bid on, in the condition that we have stated in the auction. We guarantee to correct this type of rare mistake as quickly as possible.
