Ebay has new feedback ratings with 5 stars for each of the following:

-Item Description- how accurate did I describe each auction I list. I list every item to the best of my ability, there is no reason not to give me 5 stars.

-Seller's Communication- I answer every question within 48 hour. At the end of every auction I send out an email telling you your item was shipped and to please look at my up coming auctions. I don't think I can do much more than that, but call you. Again there is no reason not to give me 5 stars. 

-Shipping Time- how fast I ship the item. It states in my auction that I ship within 4 days of payment. Most times I ship within 2 days. This is a hobby I have a real job and sometimes it might take me the 4 days. This has might have happened 1/2 dozen times. Also it is the time it takes me to ship, not the time it takes to get to your door. I have no control over the Post Office. International shipments get caught up in customs sometimes for over 30 days, however it still left my hands in 2 days. Again there is no reason not to give me 5 stars.

-Shipping and Handling Charges-how reasonable were my charges. I discount almost every single item you buy. Yes sometimes you might pay a little more than the real shipping cost. If you never sold on Ebay let me enlighten you ( I pay listing fees, I pay final sale fees, I pay PayPal fees, also every item I ship is in a new box with peanuts or bubble wrap, packing slip, taped nicely, fragile stickers, ink for my printer, and then my time, my gas driving to the Post Office) So if you think I am getting rich on shipping charges I am not. You know the charges before you buy it but continue not to give 5 stars. Again I don't see any reason not to give 5 stars.

If for any reason you were not able to give me 5 stars you can always contact me, I will always try to make everyone happy. I have been doing this for 3 years with over 3000 positive feedbacks. I am sorry but some people are ignorant (and you know who you are) if you didn't want to give me 5 stars it would NEVER be under 4. I just had a person give me 1 star for shipping time. I shipped the item out in one day but it took 60 days for him to receive it in Austria.  Again I have no control once it leaves my hands.

I get a discount on my fees, if I keep a 5 star rating on my sales, which I pass along to my customers. From getting 1 star I now lost my discount. This new rating system sucks.

If this keeps up I will close my store here on ebay and move to another selling site. There seems to be alot of us ebayers moving to other sites for the same reason. Also the fees on here are getting crazy. I AM SORRY TO ALL THE GOOD PEOPLE OUT THERE THAT ALWAYS GIVE GOOD RATINGS. I AM FRUSTRATED AND HAD TO VENT.
