Store Polices
Payments are made through PAYPAL (www.paypal.com), BIDPAY (www.bidpay.com) or Money Order. Canada buyers must pay through either PAYPAL or BIDPAY. Payments are to be made within 7 days of auction's end or purchase date. If payment isn't received by that time, eBay will be notified and negative feedback will given. Please make PAYPAL payments to: gnanime@aol.com. For regular Money Order payments, please e-mail me at GNAnime@aol.com.
Shipping is done through USPS Priority Mail. Items are shipped within 24-48 hours after receiving payment. Your item will arrive within 2-3 days. Shipping & Handling fees are as follows:

NEW MERCHANDISE: All New merchandise are guaranteed to be a 100% new item. This means that it has never been opened or played with. These items are in MINT condition and are either still in their original box or still sealed in plastic. USED MERCHANDISE: All Used merchandise are guaranteed to be a gently used item. This means that it has been used by someone who has either opened it or gently played with it. DVDs, CDs, & Video Games (CD based) will have none to little surface scratches. Books will show none to little ware and tare. Toys will have all to none of accompanying accessories and will show none to little ware. DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE: All electronical merchandise (New & Used), this includes DVDs, VHSs, CDs, & Video Games, have a 10 day Defective Refund. Merchandise defective after 10 days, cannot be returned or refunded. NO EXCEPTIONS! Only truly defective merchandise is eligible for a full amount refund. Sorry, defective items cannot be replaced! RETURNS: Only defective merchandise can be returned. Sorry, but items cannot be returned if buyer does not like them. If you have a defective item, please e-mail me at GNAnime@aol.com within 10 days of receiving item to be eligible for Defective Refund. Please include in your e-mail nature of defect. I will e-mail back with return address. After receiving defective item back, I will test it for the defect you specified. After determing that item is truly defective, full refund (item cost, original shipping cost, return shipping cost) will be given. If payment was by PAYPAL, refund will be given back to your PAYPAL account. If payment was by Money Order, refund will be given back as a Money Order.
