~CUSTOMER SATISFACTION POLICY~

RETURNS AND/OR EXCHANGES

1. Returns are accepted only if item has manufacturer's defect or is drastically misrepresented. Please email within 3 days of receipt of your item. Item must be shipped within 4 days of agreement. No package will be accepted without prior agreement or after specified time. All shipping costs are non-refundable. Please include item number in your return to expedite process.

2. Any item exchanged/returned must be in the condition it was sent! No stains, odors, make-up, etc. All purchases are lightly pressed and neatly packaged, please do not return smelling of cologne, bodywash, etc, and rolled in a ball or it will be shipped back to you COD. To keep pricing down please be considerate of clothing.

EXCHANGES
3. If you want to exchange an item and the size you need is available ..(In-Store only) .., please email. On exchanges, buyer is responsible for shipping costs. A mutual agreement to not complete transaction will be filed with ebay on your original purchase to recoup some of the fees lost. As the buyer, you simply need to agree to the mutual agreement when ebay sends it via email. Please send item, again, free of any odors and please fold as neatly as possible. Always feel free to email with any questions. Thank you!

 
SHIPPING
US - Shipping is stated in each auction. Delivery confirmation is included in this fee. Most items are shipped Priority Mail within the US. Insurance is optional but is recommended.
CANADIAN RESIDENTS, dresses are shipped for 6.95.
OTHER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING FEES - Please email for price on a specific item. Registered mail is optional at an additional cost.
Shipping is normally within 24 to 48 hours of payment.
