We've
been selling on eBay since
1998, how things have changed
since then! One thing hasn't
changed for us, and that is
Customer Service. We want
every transaction to be a
pleasant one and will do
everything possible to ensure
it is for you. We take care in
our descriptions and provide
many pictures to help you make
an informed decision. If
something misses our eye, it
was not intentional, please
let us know so we may make
things right.
Previously
our emphasis was on classic
audiophile equipment,
especially from the 1970s.
Time permitting, we may delve
into that again. Our second
incarnation was Warner Bros.
Studio Store products but the
merger of Time-Warner
effectively destroyed that
market. With a house full of
antiques and fine china,
especially Lenox, it was a
natural to specialize in
something we love. So now we
are reborn bringing to you all
forms of Lenox; current,
series collectibles, vintage,
rare antique pieces, and of
course, place settings. We try
and group them in like types
to keep the offerings
consistent and vary them week
by week.
Michelle
teaches a non-credit class for
adults at the local community
college, "How to build
your business on eBay".
When she's not teaching,
listing, or interfacing with
you she creates web pages.
The
overwhelming majority of our
transactions are enjoyable for
all. Here is an email we

Pictures are one's we have
taken of the actual product
listed. If a piece of
Lenox is a seconds, it is
noted as such, no surprises.
Feedback
is left when we receive your
payment, we don't play that
game where we wait for you,
the buyer, to leave feedback.
That's a tactic employed by
seller's that aren't fully
confident about what they sell
and want some leverage with
you if you're unhappy.
