Q: What is your return policy?A: We accept returns within 7 days of receipt of your item. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please let us know and we will do our best to make sure you are completely satisfied.
Q: Do you combine shipping?A: Yes, as long as all items will be shipping to the same address. We will give you the lowest shipping rate possible. Please allow us to send you an invoice with the combined shipping amount, or email us if you are still shopping so we know to wait until you are finished shopping.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?A: We ship within 48 hours of payment except when the post office is closed on Sundays and selected Holidays (or otherwise specified). Depending on the shipping method you choose, you could expect to receive your package between 2 and 14 business days Media Mail, First Class and Priority Mail in the U.S. For International shipping, please expect your package to take up to 10 business days to arrive due to customs.
Q: Do you ship Internationally?A: Yes! We welcome International buyers. If you see an item that we do not ship worldwide, please email us for a shipping quote to your country.
Q: Can you mark International packages as “Gift?”A: We understand that you want to save money, however it is illegal for a business to do this. We also must mark the correct value of the item on the customs form.
