We have been in the Clearance & CloseOut business for over 20 years and deal in a wide variety of merchandise both new and used. We enjoy e-Bay, and have had a ball so far buying and selling. We have built a big business here, so add us to your list and check for new items on a regular basis. Our specialty items are overstock, closeouts,returned items, scratch & dent, antiques, tools, surplus and salvage merchandise. We just might have that item you have been looking for.

Our Policies on the items we list for sale

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE

These are our Terms of sale. They are non-negotiable. We respect a Buyers right to disagree with any of these terms and therefore not to do business with us. We also expect all Buyers to respect our right to these terms. Any and all transactions on a Buyers part constitutes acceptance of these terms.

We always do our best to represent each item to the best of our ability and to work out any and all problems to the satisfaction of the Buyer. We will post feedback after each transaction is COMPLETED. We consider a transaction to be complete after a Buyer has paid for the item, received the item and has left us feedback.

As a general rule, all items offered for sale are sold AS-IS, the same way that we purchased them. However, you will see that on occasion we will represent something to be "satisfaction guaranteed". ONLY in those cases, if you are not satisfied with the item, we will gladly refund your purchase price upon return of the item in its original condition. All other items are sold AS-IS and no refunds or exchanges will be made. We will represent each item to the best of our ability and we hope that each purchaser will be completely satisfied. We look forward to each and every deal.

The Following Terms And Conditions Apply To All Auctions

1) All sales by Gold Star or any other of our subsidiaries or affiliates are subject to the terms and conditions contained in our about me page.

2) The Bidder or Buyer understands, acknowledges and agrees to all our terms and conditions and that all products sold by us are sold "AS-IS" without any Gold Star warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness of particular purpose. Gold Star specifically disclaims any and all product warranties, including but not limited to any original manufacturers warranty.

3) Gold Star disclaims any and all liability to buyer and to end users and other parties including but not limited to liability for consequential and incidental damages.

4) Buyer acknowledges and understands that all purchases made are FINAL sales and will not be accepted for return or credit by the original manufacturer or Gold Star unless specified otherwise in writing prior to the sale.

5) Buyer agrees to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Gold Star and its subsidiaries and divisions from any claim, action, liability, loss, damage, legal proceeding or litigation matter arising from the purchase, use, installation, repair, maintenance or application of the product sold by Gold Star.

6) If any item is accepted for return, the refund will be the amount paid for the item. We do not refund shipping fee's as we have yet to figure out how to get them back from the shipper.

7) Your bid is a confirmation to your acknowledgment and agreement of all terms listed on this page.

DUE TO THE AMOUNT OF CREDIT CARD FRAUD IN THE PAST, WINNING BIDDERS WILL BE REQUIRED TO PROVIDE PERSONAL INFORMATION SUCH AS BILLING ADDRESS, PHONE #, BANK PHONE NUMBER, NAME ON CARD, ETC ON ALL CREDIT CARD PURCHASES. ITEMS WILL ONLY BE SHIPPED TO CONFIRMED BILLING ADDRESS WITH SIGNATURE REQUIRED. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THESE TERMS THEN DO NOT BID ON OUR ITEMS. WE APOLOGIZE IN ADVANCE FOR ANY DELAYS THAT THIS MAY CAUSE IN SHIPPING.

If contact is not made by the bidder within 24 hrs of the sale, the transaction may be considered void and the item may be offered to the runner up bidder or relisted.
Payments must be received within 3 business days of the sale or we have the right to file a on-payingbidder alert with e-bay and file negative feedback once this process is complete.
We are a business and our E-Bay department is closed on Saturday and Sunday of each week, therefore, any e-mail or Pay Pal payment received after 2:00 p.m. (Central Time) on Friday will not be seen until Monday.
Items are shipped as soon as possible after payment is received.
. International payments MUST be made in form of check or money order and will require extra time for clearance.

. Items damaged in shipping are NOT the responsibility of Gold Star or any of it's subsidiaries and shall be handled directly by the shipping company. If an item is damaged in shipment, Gold Star shall not be held responsible for damage. If a claim is accepted by the shipping company, the bidder will be reimbursed total bid price plus shipping up to the value of the claim check issued. Note: Shipping claims can take a matter of time to resolve. If a claim is denied by the shipping company, we will work with the buyer and the shipping company to try to resolve the claim. Claims will NOT be settled until the final word has come from the shipping company. Time estimate on shipping claims can be anywhere from 7 days to 3 months or more depending on the company. We do NOT give refunds on denied claims. The above terms and conditions are to protect us and our bidders.

To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names. For auction items, a bold price means at least one bid has been received.

Note: Anonymous names may appear more than once and may represent different bidders.
