RETURN POLICY
We sell our items on an "as is" basis, that is we have tried to describe the item to the best of our ability and all sales are final. However, in rare circumstances, a return might be necessary. In this instance, here are our rules: a(Item must have been paid within 10 days after auction closed. b)Buyer must have informed us of return within 24 hours after receipt of item and must give a valid reason for our consideration (not because he decided he couldn't afford or because too small or found something else better) c)Buyer pays for shipping and insurance to return and item must be in same box and same condition as when shipped. d)Item must be returned within five days of email by buyer stating request to return. e)After due consideration, refund will be given. Only the auction final bid will be returned (not shipping) and this will be subject to a 15% restocking charge since we incur many auction and listing charges ourselves.On Fine Jewelry purchases we accept returns only on items we have grossly misrepresented and only on those items that have not been resized or altered in any way. Any items from which the tag has been removed will not be accepted. If you decide to return your purchase for a refund or an exchange, it must be done within 7 days after your purchase has been shipped, and you must obtain a Return Authorization Code. All items must be returned via USPS priority insured mail with signature requested delivery. Please email us with any questions prior to bidding. Again, shipping fees and return shipping charges are non-refundable as above. We reserve the right to charge 15% restocking fee on all returns.
