Payment:

• Accepted:  
  • US Orders: PayPal and ProPay 
  • Non-US Orders: PayPal
• Time: Payment must be made within 7 days of the auction close

Returns:

• We accept returns for items significantly not as described only
• Changing your mind, so called "buyer's remorse", is not a valid reason for return
• Please advise us within 14 days of your receipt of your purchase and receive an authorization from us before you return your item
• We will refund your full purchase price, bid or purchase price plus shipping, for any item we accept as significantly not as described; otherwise, buyer pays for shipping
• Item must be returned in same condition as received, with all parts and packaging complete

Sales Tax:

• Shipping to California: 8.25% state sales tax
• Shipping to anywhere else: Exempt from state sales tax

Shipping Cost:

• US Orders: We charge no more than actual postage cost (within a small percentage amount) or subsidize part of your shipping cost
• Non-US orders: We charge actual postage cost plus $2.00 for the extra time involved for custom forms
• Combined Shipping: I combine shipping to the lowest cost possible when you meet all of the following:
  • Purchase two or more items from us
  • Request a combined shipping invoice
  • The items close within three days of each other
  • You pay at one time

Shipping Time:

• After receiving cleared and acceptable payment from you:
  • We ship as soon as possible
  • We ship usually within 3 business days
  • Business days are Monday through Friday, US holidays excepted

Non-US Shipping:

• All of the following apply to non-US orders:
  • Please bid or purchase only if you are willing to pay your country's customs fees
  • We ship item declared for customs as merchandise, not as a gift
  • The value of the item (VOI) is the purchase price you pay, excluding shipping cost
  • We insure all non-US orders for its VOI
  • We declare the VOI for customs, and not any lower figure
  • You are responsible for paying your country's customs duties, taxes, or fees base on the VOI
  • Your country may delay your package in customs

Warranty:

• For items that come with a manufacturer's limited warranty, the manufacturers ask you to contact them for warranty repairs or replacement; they have the facilities to repair or replace their merchandise
• You are responsible for shipping to the manufacturer
• No warranty is given or implied by us except as above

• Please leave us feedback after you receive your purchase
• If, for any reason, you have a question, please contact us first so that we may resolve it for you
• We place feedback for you after we have received payment from you for your purchase

Condition Ratings:

This is how we rate the condition of models:

• C-10 MINT - Brand New, all original, unused, and unblemished
• C-9 FACTORY NEW - Brand New, all original, unused, may evidence factory rubs and the slightest evidence of handling, shipping, and having been test run at the factory
• C-8 LIKE NEW - Complete, all original, no rust, no missing parts, may show effects of being on display and/or age, may have been run
• C-7 EXCELLENT - All original, minute scratches and paint nicks, no rust, no missing parts, no distortion of component parts, minor rub marks
• C-6 VERY GOOD - Minor scratches and paint nicks, minor spots of surface rust, free of dents, may have minor parts replaced, may have larger or more noticeable rub marks
• C-5 GOOD - Sign of play wear with scratches and minor paint loss, small dents, minor surface rust, evidence of heavy use
• C-4 FAIR - Scratched, moderate paint loss, dented missing parts, surface rust, evidence of heavy use
• C-3 POOR - Requires major body repair, heavily scratched, major rust and missing parts, restoration candidate
• C-2  - Restoration required
• C-1  - Junk, parts value only

• We do our best to have accurate listings but we may err from time to time
