 What is Goodwill's Mission?

Goodwill's mission is to help people reach their full potential through the power of work. To accomplish this goal, Goodwill offers vocational training, job placement and employment services that help people overcome barriers to employment and become full participants in their communities.

 Who does Goodwill Serve?

Goodwill serves anyone who is experiencing one or more barriers to employment. Barriers can include vocational disadvantages, developmental, physical or emotional disabilities, or behavioral disorders. Many Goodwill participants have multiple disabilities.
