 UPDATE: July 18, 2008:

It gives me great sadness to inform all of our friends out there that my Father-In-law has passed away peacfull this morning at 9:30 am no longer suffering and in pain from cancer. I would like to thank each and everyone out there for all of the love, thoughts and prayers that have kept this family strong this past year! We ask that you continue the support of the American Cancer Society to continue the search for a cure for cancer!

MARCH / APRIL 2008 UPDATE:

Thank you everyone for your continued thoughts and prayers for my Father-in-law....We have great news....He is in remission...he only has one 1/2 centimeter size cancer in the middle of his body...all the other cancer in his bladder and all his nodes are gone!!! (he had bladder cancer and it spread to all his nodes except in his back).

The doctor was VERY excited and happy with the results. Considering the horrible diagnosis he first received this was a pleasent surprise. Now, the doctor did make sure to say that he wasn't cured, this is just a remisson. He will have a few more weeks off of Chemo (he's had the last 2 weeks off). Then they will do more treatments.

OCT. '07 UPDATE:

We have been married for 2 months now and the holidays are upon us! As much as we would like to enjoy this time of year.....we still have a lot going on with my Father-in-law's cancer ordeal! I wish I could report some good news (Seems like when we get some kind of hope...something else turns out not so good). We just keep praying! I'm more worried about my new Step-Son Brandon and his take in all of this...He is very close to his "Papa" (They discovered the cancer during surgery on Brandon's Birthday). I just want our Family to enjoy one more holiday season together! Please pray with us and don't forget to keep checking out our items up for bid.....we appreciate everyone that has bid on our stuff (It helps keep us busy and our minds off of things for awhile)! AUG. '07 UPDATE:  

We Are Married!

GoofyGal (Heather) & I just got married!! (We are now living in beautiful Birmingham, Alabama)! We need to save up for our new family AND cut down on the stuff that we have collected over the years!

UPDATE JULY '07:

 We were sadden to learn my soon to be Father-In-Law has cancer and the outlook is not so good...We have moved up the wedding date and have moved it (and ourselves) to Alabama. We are gonna have a double wedding with Heather's Sister Amanda and her Fiance Michael. We pray (and hope you will along with us) that he can hang on long enough to give his Daughters away in Marriage. Pray for us...our Auctions will return as soon as we are situated in Alabama!
