The above rates are valid for packages weighting less then one pound. For packages that weight more then one pound to ship - very large orders or if the listing states shipping at a different rate - we will charge additional shipping charges to cover the costs. Most orders are shipped within 2 business days after purchase/payment is completed(once echeck/merchant credit card payment clears). You should receive your order within 7 to 10 mailing days for USA orders - within 10-14 mailing days for Canadian orders and within 10-20 days for International orders.

Please make yourself aware of your countries customs fees and charges - OUR PACKAGES DO HAVE AN INVOICE ON THEM AND YOU WILL BE CHARGED ADDITIONAL FEES FROM YOUR COUNTRIES CUSTOMS IN ORDER TO PICK UP THE PACKAGE. We DO NOT ALTER PACKAGES/INVOICES/FORMS to read differently then what the order is. We will NOT change the value of the item - the description of the item - or contents! Our packages shipped to Canada and Other Countries are shipped via UPS to help protect the customer and our business. This is only method of shipment that offers insurance for Canadian and International shipments. If you ask us to alter the packages/invoices/forms - we do reserve the right to cancel the transaction - refund your money and offer the item to the next available customer. We are a business and we abide to all business laws/policies.

We are NOT able to ship to the following countries:
Afghanistan, Iran, Angola, Iraq, Bangladesh, Poland, Bulgaria, Romania, Burma Rwanda, Burundi, Seychelles, Congo, Nigeria, Slovenia, Cuba, Sudan, Ethiopia, Syria India, Yemen, and Indonesia - due to insurance reasons. If you place an order with us and your shipping address to one of the listed countries we do not ship to - we will cancel the order and refund your money. The transaction will then be turned in after 8 days to receive our Ebay fees refund.

We are offering a 15 Day Return Policy on all of our products(unless otherwise stated in the listing). If by chance you receive your order and would like to return your item for any reason - please contact us via email through the Ebay system within 15 days after receiving your package. We will then provide instrutions on how and where to ship your order/item back. We suggest your ship your item with tracking and/or delivery confirmation and insurance. Once we have received your return - we will inspect the item. We will ONLY offer refunds on items that are in NEW/UNWORN/UNUSED condition. We will not accept returns on worn items. WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS ON BODY JEWELRY DUE TO SANITARY REASONS. Once we have inspected the item and determined it is a reasonable return - we will then process your refund within 5 business days after receiving the package. We can only offer refunds on the purchase price ONLY. We do not and sorry but can not offer refunds on shipping in either direction. If the item returned to us is determined to be in used condition and we are not able to resell it - we will impose a 75% restocking fee off the product price. We are sorry - but if the item is used/worn and then returned to us - we can only junk the item and we are not able to resell it.

If there is a problem with your order - or - you need to contact us for any other reason - please use the Ebay email system to send us an email. We check that first and will be able to respond to you within 1(one) business day.

PLEASE NOTE: We are NOT open on weekends and holidays. If you try to contact us during the weekend(starting Friday afternoon to Sunday evening) we will email you back on Monday(providing it is not a holiday - and if it is - we will contact you on the next non holiday business day). Please do not send us emails over and over - again we are not open for business on the weekends - so we are not ignoring you.

We are located in Ohio(Go Buckeyes!). We DO NOT offer local pickup for orders due to insurance reasons/safety issues.
