Got-Chrome Return Policy & Procedure
- To return a product for any reason a RMA # must be issued. To get a RMA # send a email to ebay@got-chrome.com. If you send back a product without a RMA #
we will not know who it belongs to and you will not receive a replacement part or a refund.
- All returns must be in the original box and properly repackaged.
- All returns must be applied for within 14 days of shipment.
- All returns that are the fault of Got-Chrome will be emailed a call tag for a freight free return. Once the part(s) have been received and checked a replacement part(s) will be shipped out or a refund will be issued. Process usually takes about
6 working days.
Returns that qualify for a freight free return
- You received a part other than described
- Part was damaged in shipping
- Defective Item (subject to verification)
All returns that are not the fault of Got-Chrome will be charged a
15% restocking fee. A return RMA# and return shipping info will be emailed to you. Once you receive your RMA# you can return your product with any shipping company that offers a tracking #. Refunds will not be given until part(s) have been returned and checked in.
