For 2 years now we have been making happy customers with Top Quality Projector bulbs often at 1/2 the price of the "Big Boys".  We have received over 1000 very positive feedbacks related to our lamp business alone.  Recreantly others have started to also sell lower cost replacement bulbs for even less, please know that quality is our number one concern and we have already test-drove the other less expensive bulbs from many factories with varying results, from not being as bright or not lasting as long as an original OEM bulb, The factory we receive our bulbs from is certified by Philips, Sanyo, Epson and others. We have also monitored the lamps we have sold for over a year with less and found an less then 1% failure rate. For this reason we feel our bulbs just can't be beat.  So please beware of others selling untested product with low feedback ratings- that $10 you may save today could cost you hundreds when the bulb fails too soon.

To further back up what we sell we have finalized a Warranty and Return Policy.  

30 days Full Warranty, If you have any problems we will replace the lamp at no charge and pay the return shipping.

After the first 30 days we offer 6 (Six) more months Pro-Rated Warranty, like your car battery if you have a failure in the pro-rated period we will replace the item at a discounted price that reflects the amount of time you used it.  Pro-rate warranty is void for customers that use there projectors more then 200 hours a month (commercial installs that run 8 or more hours a day), typically these installations will eat a bulb in 3-5 months which is out of our control.  Please don't expect extended warranty if you are a heavy user, we will inspect the bad bulb for excessive usage.

How Fast can I get my Replacement bulb?  As soon as TOMORROW!  We offer same day shipping (if ordered before 2pm est) and have shipping options which include UPS next-day air, Saturday delivery is also a option for $10 more then the standard next day rate, please be sure to contact us if you need Saturday delivery, ebay is not setup to bill this option automatically.  Since we ship same day or next day, even with 2-day or ground options you will get your bulb FAST!

How Long should my new Projector bulb last?  Our bulbs are rated exactly the same as your original bulb, if you typically get 1000 hours from your bulbs, our bulbs will last approximately the same.   All of our bulbs are rated at 2000 hours but depending on the projector they are used in their life may be shorter, many of the high brightness models run a bulb so bright and hot that they only get 1000-1500 hours.  In addition if you do not clean your air filters regularly or if an air vent is obstructed you will greatly shorten your lamp life as well as your projectors life, LCD's hate heat, do everything you can to keep your projector as cool as possible and it will treat you well.

Should I use a High/Lower Wattage Lamp, will I get more life from it?  Typically you should NOT change the wattage of the lamp in your projector, yes sometimes you can get more life by using a higher wattage lamp but it will burn somewhat brighter and run at a higher heat then the properly rated one, if there are ANY cooling problems or your projector is already one that runs real hot then over sizing the bulb will cause a faster death then normal.  Never Undersize, the bulb will be driven too hard and will die quickly.  Watch out for sellers that say one size fits all and sells you a 200w lamp for 120w and 150w applications, for the reasons stated above Gota-Bulb sells all available wattages of bulbs and does not push replacements that are not properly matched.

Shipping and Tracking  All of our shipping is handled by PAYPAL, when your order is processed PAYPAL will send a email with the shipping and tracking info, if for some reason you don't get such email (many times this happens because of spam filters) please log into your PAYPAL account and click the 'check shipment' tab next to the transaction.  Ebay also puts the 'check shipment' link on top of the page you ordered from.

Can the bulb I order be out-of-stock?  We pride ourselves in keeping our Ebay listings accurate and up to date with the inventory we have on hand but since Ebay does not have any type of dynamic inventory controls it is possible a bulb could be out-of-stock, to date this has never happened because we maintain our listings daily.  Should the worst happen and your purchase is out of stock we will quickly refund the full amount back to your paypal account and offer you a rain-check for when the bulb arrives.  We receive shipments on a daily basis so any out-of-stock situation can be corrected quickly should you decide to wait.

International Orders- We Ship World Wide!! Using the USPS Global Express Delivery Service we can economically send bulbs anywhere on the planet and in most cases just 4-7 days.  However the USPS does NOT have real time tracking and when something goes wrong or a customs hold occurs the shipment can be delayed 2-3 weeks, to date this seems to happen about 10% of the time so if your order becomes delayed please be understanding, we have found 98% are delivered in under 30 days, if they go over 30 days we will file for insurance and reship.  DHL Express is another option but is very costly at $45-$75usd but they offer 2 day delivery (+ customs time)  with real-time tracking.  Please contact us prior to ordering if you need the DHL option.

Feedback Policy   On a regular basis, we go through our feedback and return feedback for those who have left feedback on us. This policy ensures that everyone gets proper recognition..
