If you are not satisfied with a purchase I will guarantee my products with a 10, day General guarantee from the date of purchase and I will refund your final winning bid price, excluding shipping & handling if all items are returned in resalable unused condition at my discretion, in their original packaging with all tags and stickers attached and boxes accessories, warranty cards, owners' manuals etc., all returns must include a copy of the packing slip or invoice for you protection this so I know who it is from and you can get your bid refunded.

I assumes no liability for lost or damaged returned packages. Therefore, we recommend you purchase insurance from your shipper to cover you in the event it gets damaged or lost, we will know if you sent it and you will know if I received it if you have a tracking number this protects you.

FEEDBACK POLICY

Because of our sales volume, we can no longer issue positive feedbacks when payment is received. We now use a ebay feedback tool that is only capable of returning positive feedbacks once they are left for us. We update every few days so rest assured if you have left us positive feedback you will receive one back.

Negative Feedback~ Yes we do have some and 98% of it is from UN experienced bidder new to E-Bay or dead beat bidders we had to report to eBay for non payment and they retaliate with negative feedback or bidder that do not read the auction terms before they bid & miscommunication.

Please disregard them as you can see over 20 Thousand  Positives out way the negatives, when you deal with thousands of people a week like I do no matter what you do you will receive them thank you for understanding.

I very rarely give negative feedback first on e-bay , so please don't give it to others if you don't want to receive it.

Try to work it out your problems with the others on ebay give them a call first, I find most negative feedback is just miscommunication or the frustration of waiting for an email that may have been miss delivered.
