When you pay by paypal, they require online tracking

Which means we have to ship express insured

There is more risk involved in shipping internationally,

which is why we are both better off being protected
by Express Insured Shipping if you want to pay via PayPal.

w/ a Postal International Money Order in US funds or US cash,
There are cheaper shipping options...Air Mail or Global Priority.

If an item is not as described
or we have made a mistake, we will accept returns
as long as the buyer gets prior approval via e-mail.

We do not give refunds if the buyer
simply changes their mind
or did not read our description completely.

There is a re-stocking fee on all returns
to help cover expenses.

We do not pay for return postage.
