Thank you for taking a brief moment of your time to get to know me better & perhaps save yourself from purchasing a fake product. I feel it takes the edge off of the whole auction experience to have an idea of who you're dealing with and hopefully will put you at ease in bidding. Regardless of whether or not you buy from me, I hope you will check back with us soon as well as letting your friends and family know about the ever so popular, always authentic, products we carry. Who am I?
I am a Married woman, mother of three beautiful children. Being a Gemini, I can be somewhat stubborn, okay that's putting it lightly, but I am a very warm-hearted, caring individual and would give anyone the shirt off my back which is what pretty much what my husband and I did...

...We were invited to invest in a new car dealership as silent partners. We had trusted the man at the time, it seemed his intentions were pure and because he ACTED like such a loving, caring, religious man we honestly thought it was going to be a wonderful business relationship. It also guaranteed us employment for the next 10 years. But in order to give him the money (which we didn't have laying around) we had to pull out home equities on both homes we owned.

In the meantime, since we were doing financially well, we decided to go ahead and have another baby. We were overjoyed! A month after my daughter was born, (this past February) the owner of the company decided he wasn't going to pay us anymore & basically breached our contract. We are currently out $500,000.00 because of it! Have two mortgages, two home equity loans, two car payments, boat payments, 3 kids and other misc. bills. What a time for this to hit because we can't even sell our homes to get out of the debt because of this recession, the real estate market has dropped severely. We're upside down.

I feel like a hamster running in a wheel, running faster and faster and getting nowhere, ya know? I'm sure there are many like me out there struggling to make it through this recession. I'm certainly not looking for pity. I really just want you all to be aware of what I am going through and to please be a little patient with me. If you can help us out with a bid because we have something you're shopping for anyway, we would most certainly appreciate it. We're trying everyday to stay positive that all of this happened for a reason and that it will get better. Thank God we all have our health. My husband is working but of course not making even a quarter of what he was making as an investor and we are sinking further into debt.

We are in litigation with this cold, heartless man, but it'll take a couple of years before it goes to trial. In the meantime, we've received word that he's going to file bankruptcy both professionally and personally within the next couple of months, so we won't see a dime of our money back. Now I'm forced to not only sell what I buy to sell, but sell everything that's not nailed to the floor here to try to help keep us afloat and from going into bankruptcy ourselves. We're doing everything we can to prevent our kids from leaving their school, they're so intertwined with.

We've received so many wonderful emails from such warm-hearted people. Thank you so much for your support. It's been exhausting having a newborn, run the household, and an eBay business but when you meet such kind people, it's touching and it certainly helps to keep you positive and focused.

Insurance is the only way to protect your investment. Shippers are human too! It's rare that there's an issue, but it's not impossible for them to lose or abuse a package. Please don't make me responsible for their mistakes or loss. Especially since I go out of my way to expedite the shipping process. If necessary, I will provide proof that the item was picked up at my location. I do have video surveillance & have all packages scanned by the shipper to show they've taken the package from me. But if you avoid paying the extra dollar or two, and the package gets lost or damaged and I can't file a claim, you'll only have yourself to blame.

Please remember to read the auction in full. I can't refund simply because you rushed to bid. In the rare event that you're not pleased with your item, I'll be happy to allow you to use my pictures & Descript. so you can relist it. Thank you for understanding the hard work that goes into running a business on eBay.

All sales are final.

If there are any defects during shipping, a claim will be filed. Once the claim is completed, you will receive a partial or full refund depending on what you would like at that time. This process could take up to three months. While I understand it would be upsetting to wait that long for a refund. I can not be responsible for third party shipping.

Most of the items are purchased from discount centers or outlets. The items are either customer returns or overstock items. There may be some minor flaws, or could be in perfect condition. If you have any questions or concerns about an item you are interested in, you must contact me prior to bidding. Once a bid is placed, payment will be expected. I have an excellent feedback record.
