We want you to be happy with your purchase. We have done the best job that we can describing our items, but sometimes we overlook something. If the item you receive is somehow other than described please contact us and we will correct the situation.

We are a member of the True Value Hardware Chain and are authorized to sell most of our items with the full Manufacturers Warranty included. The manufacturer will be able to assist you with questions concerning assembly, operation, missing parts or repair or replacement of defective items. RETURN POLICY: Since we are selling closeout and discontinued products we only accept returns if we ship an item that is different than described. We will pay all freight charges associated with our mistake.

SHIPPING DAMAGE: If you receive an item that appears to have been damaged in shipping, please have the carrier note the condition of the package before you sign for it.
