to meet your expectations, please contact us within 5 days for an order review.
We will review your order and make any reasonable exchange or refund at that

Payment
We accept PayPal for all orders. Sorry,
no other payment methods are not accepted.
PayPal allows you to use multiple payment
methods including: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, and Bank
Transfers.

GrandmasGiftware is committed to respecting
and protecting the privacy of our customers. We use the order information we
collect to process your order and to provide you with exceptional personalized
customer service. This information is strictly used by us for internal purposes
only. We do not sell, trade or rent customer information to any outside company
or organization.
Orders
All orders will be processed and shipped
from our central distribution center within 1-5 business days of order receipt.
(Larger orders or out of stock items take longer processing time). Please note
that business days include Monday through Friday and exclude Holidays. Allow 2
to 7 days for delivery via Fed Ex ground. Calendars are shipped via USPS Media
Mail unless expedited shipping is selected. USPS Media Mail normally takes 2-9
business days once the order is shipped, however it may take up to 21 business
days in rare occasions. We will e-mail you when your order is shipped with
the tracking number or USPS delivery confirmation number.
Return Policy
If for any reason you are not satisfied with
your order, please contact us by

we will review your request and satisfy your
reasonable requests. Shipping & handling fees are not refundable under any
conditions. Returned orders may incur a 10% restocking fee.
Damaged Merchandise
We take extra precautions to ensure that
your order is carefully packed and leaves our warehouse in good condition.
Unfortunately, we cannot always guarantee that your order will arrive in that
same good condition. We do not provide refunds or exchanges on orders
unless they are insured. Insurance is offered at an affordable rate and is
highly recommend. If your order is insured and you receive a damaged item you must contact us within
3
days of receipt of your order and save all packaging included with your shipment.
Sorry, but we do not honor any damage claims that are made after 3 days.
