We are an independent dealer with a staff of dedicated professional musicians, sound system designers and recording engineers. When your order is shipped you'll get your own tracking number to allow you to track your order instead of wondering where it is and when you should expect it. Because of that type of consistent service, we have thousands of happy customers who return to shop with us again and again.
Shipping Terms
- Products must be in stock.
- Free Shipping Offer is Limited to the lower 48 States.
- We only ship to the United States and Canada.
- Free Shipping is via ground (usually within 5 days).
- Grandma's Music & Sound reserves the right to end or change this Free Shipping offer at any time.
At this time we only offer Free Shipping via UPS or Fedex to the Continental U.S (48 states). We do not ship to PO boxes. You must provide a physical street address instead. Alaska and Hawaii are UPS Next Day and Two Day Air only. Canadian, Alaskan and Hawaiian customers please call or Email for shipping quotes. Make sure you tell us the item(s) and your address.
Insurance will always be included in your shipping quote, and we will not gouge you on shipping and handling!
We do not ship internationally.

Although we attempt to do our absolute best to get your in-stock product(s) out within 24 hours, shortages DO sometimes occur. We will tell you immediately if there is a problem or delay.
Your order will ship from Albuquerque, New Mexico, so for most of the country this means that it should arrive within 1-5 business days from the date that it leaves our store. Please remember that business days do not include Saturdays, Sundays, or Holidays.
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You will then be able to track the progress of your order online. That's why we ask you to supply a working email address and telephone number.

Return Policy
Returns must be accompanied by receipt. We reserve the right to access a 15% restocking fee on all returns. Refunds are limited to 7 days. Exchanges are limited to 14 days. No refunds or exchanges on special orders, parts or consignments. All returns must be in ORIGINAL condition. Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
What if my item arrives and doesn't work or is damaged?
All items are professionally packed and are shipped to you fully insured. If your package has visible damage, you are responsible to inspect it before signing for it.
If there is shipping damage we will be happy to assist you with contact information so that you can make arrangements with the shipping company responsible.
What if I discover that I made the wrong choice and want to return it?
We reserve the right to make a judgment call on a case by case basis. We will almost always take a return for full refund within 7 days as long as the following conditions are met:
- You agree pay all shipping charges
- Item is returned to us in "resellable" condition with ALL packing materials included.
- If materials are not in "like new" shape when we receive it back, you will be subject to a 15% restocking fee (or higher). Once again this will be determined by a case by case basis.
Grandma's 90 Day Used Warranty
Every used instrument and piece of equipment we sell has been checked out by our service department before we list it for sale. Grandma's Music & Sound will repair defective used instruments or equipment for a period of 90 days from date of purchase. This warranty does not include normal wear or instruments or equipment that have been discontinued for over 5 years. If we can not repair an item we will replace or refund it at our discretion.
How can I make payment?
- PAYPAL is very easy to do. Just follow the links and use your major credit card. Paypal is secure and safe and this is why 90 million plus people all over the world use it every day!
- We also accept VISA/MC/AMEX/DISC if you are more comfortable in this fashion. If you prefer, you can also order over the phone and give us your credit card information that way. We have full Merchant Credit Card Processing Services available.

- Please write the auction number on your Check or Money Order so we'll know what you're paying for. Include a note with all pertinent information including your name and the item you are paying for.
- We will ship your order as soon as your check or money order clears (sometimes up to 9 days taking weekends into account). This includes Postal Money Orders.
What about taxes?
Currently, New Mexico residents must add 6.75% Sales Tax to the order, after shipping charges (if there are any) If you order online that will be done automatically.
