Music?
Hi my name is Terry. Over the years, I have purchased many
guitars via eBay for my personal collection. Rarely did any of those
transactions go as well as I thought they should have, so in 2008 I started Grand
River Music. So far, I have had nothing but fun. I get to check out some of
the coolest guitars around and meet new and interesting people who share my
love of music.
Although Grand River Music is somewhat new to eBay I am
not. My previous company is still going strong and is one of the largest
sellers by volume on eBay and
maintains a near perfect feedback rating. With over 120,000 eBay transactions
and 1.5 million overall online, I’ve learned many lessons I hope to apply to
selling musical instruments, such as:
- Describe the product honestly and in detail
- Respond to inquiries as quickly as possible
- Communicate clearly and frequently during and after the
transaction
- Ship within hours, not days
- When mistakes are made, correct them to your customers’ benefit
- Provide a liberal return policy
