Gray's Auctioneers is one of the largest auction houses serving Northeast Ohio. Our team of specialists offer full auction and appraisal services, aiming to make your auction experience as efficient & rewarding as possible.
Our facility houses seven thousand square feet of dedicated, ground floor exhibition space, with three loading docks to make pick-up and delivery an easy experience for all our clients. We have our own secured parking lot for up to 30 vehicles, directly next to our building. We also offer in-town pick-up and delivery services using our bio-diesel fueled Mercedes moving van.
Deba Gray began her career in 1989 at Wolf's Auction Gallery in Cleveland, Ohio. She quickly worked her way up from gallery assistant to Licensed Auctioneer and Gallery Manager while honing her skills as a generalist. In 1995 she went to work with Leslie Hindman Auctioneers in Chicago as an Auctioneer & Director of Marketplace Sales. Within a few years Leslie Hindman Auctioneers was purchased by Sotheby's, and while continuing on as Auctioneer, Deba was promoted to Assistant Vice President of Property.
After 16 years as a licensed auctioneer Deba Gray has returned to Cleveland, Ohio to found Gray's Auctioneers LLC a full service Auction House, designed to meet the various requirements of all our clients.
As a licensed auctioneer in both Ohio and Florida, Deba Gray's experience makes Gray's Auctioneers LLC uniquely placed to provide outstanding service to our consignors and buyers. Our objective is to achieve the highest possible prices at auction while making the process of buying and selling at auction enjoyable, easy and rewarding.
One of our other objectives in the 21st Century and the Age of Global Warming is to make the public aware of the 'Recycling' benefits of buying and selling at Auction. It's cool to re-use. Gray's Auctioneers LLC is committed to utilizing as many green technologies throughout its operations as possible.
The Auction House is located close to downtown Cleveland at 10717 Detroit Avenue in Cleveland's Near West Side/Clifton district, equally accessible from the West, South and East suburbs via the Shoreway (SR2) or I-90. Cleveland is also served by two major airports, Cleveland Hopkins Airport and Akron-Canton Airport.
