We work HARD to provide you excellent customer service and always strive for 5 star positive feedback! To those who have a need to leave negative feedback, please shop elsewhere. For those who were foolish enough to leave negative feedback, (not that anyone believes you didn't get your $3. item or it took us 2 weeks to ship a purchase, either......LOL) please don't return (and for those sellers reading this, be wise and block them from purchasing at your site!) With the recent changes to eBay's feedback system, it is no longer possible to judge or understand a buyers motivation. NO we don't give away free merchandise on eBay and if we've been given negative feedback because we don't, I 'd like to think most buyers are wise enough to see through that. Are we "scammers"? No, and the buyer whose feedback is PRIVATE that made that comment? Well, she's made that comment about 113 other sellers she's purchased from..but wait, she tells us her feedback is PRIVATE because she buys "sex toys." But we found out that's absolutely UNTRUE, just like the feedback she left for us. She buys children's items, BUILD A BEAR and Strawberry Shortcake, then leaves outrageously dishonest feedback for other sellers. Her feedback is private not because she purchases sex toys, it's because if other sellers saw what she did, they would block her from purchasing. This is probably THE most dishonest person on this planet. She harassed us by telephone to the point that we (with eBay's recommendation and consent) had to get law enforcement involved ~ not once, not twice BUT THREE TIMES ~ to get the harassment to stop. The police have even installed devices on our telephones to unscramble and record every telephone number she calls us from, as well as the harassing messages that she leaves. We'll be happy to provide confirmation of this if you're interested. But why bother with the negative? Buyers like this simply do NOT belong on eBay, and have ruined the legitimacy of the feedback system for others. The long and short of it? Because of dishonest people like this, feedback can no longer be used as an important tool to judge a seller and definitely no way to judge a buyer. Do we ship immediately? YES. We ship EVERY PURCHASE the same or next business day. No exceptions! Do we provide tracking information from every purchase you make with us? DEFINITELY. Do we provide outstanding customer service? ABSOLUTELY. Do we sell items that are not as described? NO. The item you see in the photograph is exactly what will be shipped to you. Are there 9 people who have purchased from us within the last 12 months that are dishonest and abusing eBay's feedback system with the hopes of receiving free merchandise or abusing the system simply because they can?
