ME:

            Let me tell you a little about myself first.  I’m currently a graduate student at the University of Tennessee (Yup…Vol Country) working on a masters degree in education.  I hope to teach high school history, economics and geography when I’m finished at UT.  Until about a year ago, I enjoyed a very successful career in finance, sales and management working for several companies both large and small and living in various parts of this beautiful country of ours.

            About a year ago, I figured out something very important:  To be happy, you should do things that make you happy!  I always enjoyed working with youth and teaching, so off I go to become a teacher……

            I’ve also played and had a passion for guitars and music as long as I can remember.  I love being around guitars, playing, collecting, modifying and just about anything else to do with guitars.  So starting this little business on eBay seemed like a natural thing to do....

MY BUSINESS:

            During my long career in the business world, I’ve been successful by just sticking to a few simple rules:

Take care of your customers, and they will take care of you.  This is really so simple; you just do what you say you’re going to do.  Provide value to your customer.  Be honest about your product and your capabilities.

Believe in what your selling.  Don’t sell crap just to make a buck; the money doesn’t last long, but your reputation does!  Besides, selling is soooo much easier and more fun when you trust and believe in your product.

Do what’s right.  A very simple concept; what’s right is right, so do what is right for your customers, your business and your family, and it will be really really hard to go wrong.  Honesty and integrity are infectious and they reduce stress.

With these principles in mind, I’m offering guitar gear that reflects me and my ideas of quality and value.  My goal here on eBay is to offer guitar parts that truly reflect a good value.   

            I’m crazy about modifying my guitars (none of my personal guitars stay stock for very long), so I sell accessories and parts that I think will enhance your guitar.  Much of what I sell is something that I have tried on one of my guitars and found to be useful or just plain cool.  Every part I sell comes from a recognized brand name and is manufacturer authorized.  No cheap crap!  You will appreciate the quality and value of the items you purchase from me.  Again, email me with questions anytime.

            From time to time, one of my suppliers has excellent deals on consumer electronics items or accessories, and I will buy some to pass on that value to you also.  Still, no cheap crap.  J

            One last point……if you noticed, I do not refer to me or my business as “we”.  I don’t need to pretend that I’m a big company or huge organization.  This is just me, with the occasional help from my wife and kids.  When I tell you something or make a promise to you, it is from me, not some imaginary “we”……..
