Over the years in business on ebay - we have tried to keep our shipping costs the same - despite the constantly rising costs and changing rules/restrictions.  We are in this to serve you - our customer, and know that you need to get the best value for your dollar spent, especially in today's economy. 

There have been numerous policy and fee changes that have taken place over the years we've been in business on ebay.  Many ebayers have made changes to their listing prices and practices to compensate for those changes.  We've tried to keep things the same - to help provide a stable, constant shopping environment for our customers - both new and repeat buyers!  Know that we want your repeat business and will work hard for your 5 star review, and that you're not just another number with us - you're a valued customer.

RETURN POLICY

We would like you to be satisfied with your purchase, and leave us a 5 star review, so take a moment to read our policy:

• Our shipping terms are FOB origin with title to the goods passing to you when shipped.

• All items are sold AS IS, as described in the detailed description in the listing (though most of our components such as ballasts and bulbs come with a manufacturers' warranty).

• Returns may be accepted, depending on circumstances, but they may be subject to a 15% to 26% restocking fee plus freight costs.

• Please see the section on claims below for more information about returns.

         CLAIMS

             Before making a claim, please follow the directions below:

• Plug the fixture into a different circuit and make sure all connections are secure. If you have too many loads on a single circuit, there may not be enough voltage left to start your fixture.

• If an item is defective on arrival, often it is the result of shipping damage. Sometimes damage,such as a sheared bolt, might not be apparent from the outside.

• We ask that you carefully inspect and test your product within 7 days.

• If you don't do this, you or I may not be able to file a damage claim with the delivering carrier. Items are generally shipped insured (except through USPS, that is an option you may choose). You are always welcome to file a damage claim directly with the carrier.

• We may file a damage claim for you or ourselves, depending on the circumstances. Please note that it does take some time for the carrier to process damage claims.

• If you have a bad bulb or other part, we may ask you to try a replacement part. (Any labor or incidental expenses are the buyers responsibility.) Alternatively, you can ship the fixture back freight prepaid for service.

• Our ballasts normally come with a manufacturers' warranty. We rarely have problems, however if necessary we usually handle warranty claims for our manufacturers. 

• If you think an item is defective, we may, at our option, repair the item, replace it, or issue a refund.

• It will be your responsibility to return the item or component freight prepaid.  You will need to provide a packing list that contains the Ebay item number, an RGA number, and your name and address. If the fixture works just fine when we plug it in, we won't cover return postage.

Our Shipping Policy

Shipping extra to Alaska & HI. Shipping is available to post office box, but it's normally extra. (Post office insures packages at extra cost). We ship by DHL, USPS or regional package delivery companies, according to the various size/weight restrictions imposed and dependent on which has the best price for you, our buyer. It's more convenient for us to ship to a place of business, so please indicate if your address is residential or commercial. Terms are FOB shipping point, freight prepaid.

Due to recent changes in weight/size restrictions - we find that sometimes our items have to ship in multiple packages which may increase the costs of shipping slightly.  We try to combine items when possible.  We understand the rising costs of EVERYTHING recently and are striving to keep our costs as low as possible and pass that savings on to you, our customer!
