| Store Policies |
| Shipping |
| • Greenfish Adventure Sports ships with both UPS
(The United Parcel Service) and the United States Postal Service at our
discretion. Orders placed before 1:00pm (EST) ship the same business day.
Orders placed after 1:00pm ship the following business day. Shipping times
vary depending on ship-to location. Most items are delivered within 5-7
business days. |
| • Alternate Shipping Addresses are subject to further
verification. To protect our customers as well as our store, we require
customers who provide alternate shipping addresses to contact us for further
verification. You may be requested to add the alternate shipping address
to your credit card account before your purchase ships. |

| Returns and Exchanges |
| • Returns are accepted within 14 days from the date
of shipment for a credit or refund. Refunds are given in the form of a business
check. We do not credit back credit cards. |
| • Customers are responsible for shipping and handling
charges both ways. |
| • All returned items must be in new condition, with
all packaging materials and paperwork included. Items returned in poor condition
may be subject to a restocking charge. |
| • Greenfish Adventure Sports is responsible for shipping
charges on mis-shipments, damaged or defective merchandise. |
| • Exchanges require the original product be returned
in brand new condition with all tags and package materials attached and
included. Please include a copy of your original receipt with all contact
information, and your written request for an exchange. You are responsible
for all shipping costs and upcharges on your exchange. Be sure to include
a phone number. We do not file credit card numbers, hence you will be contacted
for any additional charges on your exchange. Please do not send cash. |
Return Instructions:
-Return package via insured US Mail, UPS or Fed-Ex in a sturdy box with
indestructable packing tape. No C.O.D.'s will be accepted.
-Include a copy of your original invoice along with a note with purchaser's
name, address, date of purchase, reason for return, and any instruction
for exchange.
-Send returns to: Greenfish Returns Dept. 294 Depot Street - Andes, NY 13731
-Please keep a record of shipment. |

| Warranty Issues |
| • Manufacturer Policies on warranties vary. In general,
Manufacturer warranties cover Manufacturer defects in materials and workmanship.
Damage to products from misuse, neglect, improper installation, modification,
damage from accidents, or normal wear and tear are not covered. |
| • All freight costs are not covered under any warranty.
The customer is responsible for these costs. |
| • Please contact us for instruction if you have a
product you deem a warranty issue. |
| • Greenfish Adventure Sports is not responsible for
the improper use of merchandise sold. |

| About Stock |
| • Products listed on ebay are in stock and ready
to ship unless specified otherwise. In the rare event we run out of stock
on a product, we will make every effort to fill such order in a prompt manner.
