We are Greenbobns & 1 Bargain After Another Greenbobns is actually Matt and Sally. We have been selling on eBay for several years now, and this is our sole full-time income. Naturally that makes us rather single minded about selling.   Everything we sell is authentic. It is NOT counterfeit, knock offs or fakes!!!   We bought our stock as overstock from major department stores or online sites like Macy's, Bloomingdale's, Nordstrom, National Geographic Catalog, Silhouettes com and Gump's of San Francisco. The supplier requires that we remove price tags, so that part of the hang tag is defaced or removed. Usually we are restricted from advertising the exact company that we received the item from. A silly rule, but when they demand it, we have to comply. Of course, if it is a store brand, well, that usually gives it away!   Some of the clothing and shoes that we sell are what is known as shelf pulls. This means they were on the store floor for sale, as you would see in your local store. As they did not sell, they were pulled from the floor, tossed into a large box and returned to the distribution center and sold off. I have no way to tell if they were tried on but usually the shoe box was handled roughly, tissue paper missing etc, and the clothes often wrinkled. I will usually remark on the condition in the listing. I put new tissue paper with the shoes when needed, and the clothes are packed in plastic bags for protection. Shoes and boots are shipping in cardboard boxes, and the clothing is either in a Priority Box or a First Class/Parcel Post bubble envelope. Home decor is also in cardboard boxes with recycled styrofoam peanuts.   All our shipments only use methods that offer Delivery Confirmation. We normally use the Post Office. International First Class and International Priority Envelopes do not offer tracking services. This leaves us with the options of USPS Priority Mail International and USPS Express Mail International. I'm sorry that we can not offer cheaper prices on international, but we need to protect our investment as well as your purchase.   Our stock is kept in a warehouse. If you need additional information, we are happy to check for you, but please understand that we are not running to the household closet to get the answer. We try to answer all questions, even when its an answer we do not want to say. (like telling someone NO)   If I forgot to mention anything, please write and ask. Feel free to browse the store. Most of our items are in there to save on cost. Most of all HAVE FUN! To protect bidder privacy, when the price or highest bid on an item reaches or exceeds a certain level, User IDs will be displayed as anonymous names.
