| History: At age 15, I started working for a local auto parts store. Back in 1965, I was selling shock absorbers for classic cars when they were not classics, just cars. In the mid 1970's through 2004, I operated a part time business traveling to swap meets in the Midwest selling shock absorbers for muscle cars, classic cars, and classic trucks. I loved the travel and meeting people face to face. In 2004, I became tired of the gasoline companies and hotel operators eating me alive with ever increasing prices. Admittedly, the idea of loading 3000 lbs. of inventory on to a truck every weekend lost it=s appeal when I reached my mid-50's. I still miss the customers and vendors that I met along the way. I really miss the scenery that I have seen, especially on the trips to the Carlisle, PA show. I started selling my products on Ebay in 2005. |

| Shock
absorbers for classic cars: I have put together the most complete product line of shock absorbers to fit 50's and 60's cars to be found on Ebay. I am constantly researching applications to add to my offering. Many limited usage applications are made by doing Ain house@ modifications to new Gabriel shock absorbers, and not available anywhere else. As of 8/16/09, I currently have over 700 classic car application shock absorbers in stock. |

me: If you have a question regarding any of the applications that I have listed, or if you cannot find your application, please send me a message though Ebay. I will do my best to assist you. I monitor the Ebay message system at least four times a day, 7 days a week. If I am out of town, I make every effort to access a computer and respond to messages. There may be a rare weekend that I do not have access. I will respond on the following Monday or Tuesday. |

| Shipping:
Process: I do not use a third party shipper. I am in control of your order through the entire process until your order leaves my door. Your order is packed with care in sturdy boxes. I do my best to make sure your order arrives intact, with no damage. Schedule: Orders are shipped every day, Monday through Friday. Occasionally, I will take a four day weekend. In that case items purchased on Thursday or Friday will be shipped the following Monday or Tuesday. I make every effort to ship within two business days of receipt of payment. I will send an order confirmation to your email address that is registered with PayPal the day of shipment. If you want the tracking number, please ask. Inventory is monitored daily. On the very rare occasion that I am out of the part number that you need, I will contact you with anticipated shipping date. |

48 states: I ship via UPS ground service. Depending on your location, time in transit ranges from 1 to 6 business days. Insurance up to $100.00 is included at no charge. |

Hawaii, Puerto Rico: Please contact me for shipping charges before making your purchase. |

| Canada:
Shipments to Canada are via International Priority Mail. Time in transit has been running from 6 to 16 days, depending on delays at Canadian Customs. It may take longer from December 10 through January 1. There is no brokerage fees with the postal services, but you are responsible for GST and PST. I will not mark item as a gift, or undervalue it on the customs form. Please don't ask. |

do not ship outside of the United States and Canada. I will be happy to ship to a USA located freight forwarder of you choice. In case of warranty issues, replacement shipping is limited to shipment to USA located freight forwarder. |

| Returns: I will accept returns within 14 days after date of shipment. Do not return item before contacting me. Item(s) must be returned in same condition as they left here. After inspection, a refund will be made though PayPal for the cost of product. Original shipping charge and return shipping costs will not be refunded. |

| Warranty: All shock absorbers are guaranteed for proper fit and function for a period of six months from date of shipment. If you encounter a difficulty, do not return item before contacting me. |
