What is groovediving? It's a state of mind, some might call it an obsession, or a way of life. It's what you do and lengths to which you'll go to get that buzz from finding a long-sought record, or one you never knew existed, putting it on your turntable, and getting deep into the groove. How long you'll search and the price you are willing to pay is up to you. Maybe the moldy bins and boxes of countless record shops haven't yielded what you're looking for, and you're now searching the internet, eBay and the like. I am a long time music collector, mostly 45s, LPs, and CDs. The main focus of my personal collecting is New Orleans-related music. For 16 years before I relocated to Louisiana, I did a two-hour weekly radio program on WEVL Memphis focusing on New Orleans music. The majority of my current diverse auction and set sale items are old store or jukebox operator stock and used 45 rpm singles I have acquired in large lots, plus LPs and CDs. I've got soul, R&B, funk, blues, jazz , pop, rock, oldies, jazz and country up for grabs. There are some multiples from my collection, too. See individual listings for details.
