Stuff 4 Rainy Daze The Peterson Herd View of the Boistfort Valley from our deck The rainy daze here in the Northwest number many! Most of the fall, winter, and spring are cloudy, damp, and chilly. But....when the sun comes out, it is the most beautiful place on God's green earth, and I love it here! My family and I live on 77 acres out in the middle of the gorgeous Boistfort valley. We live a few hours each from Seattle, Portland, the ocean, Mt. Rainier and Mt. St. Helens. My husband (a firefighter) and I have 4 wonderful teenagers - 3 boys and a girl. The kids were (and some still are) homeschooled, and we are very involved in our community, our church, the local fire department, and Civil Air Patrol. All in all, we live a great life. My husband and I have always had a Friday morning date - we go garage/estate sale hopping. Then we go out for breakfast or lunch. Since I'm a stay-at-home Mom, I thought I'd find treasures at these sales and put them on ebay for a bit of extra spending money. This has worked fairly well, so I decided to open up a new store called Stuff 4 Rainy Daze (this is my daughter's idea). Please put my store on your favorites list. I list all sorts of things from crafts to tools and from clothes to kitchen utensils. I have even sold a pink stove - you never know what you'll find in my store. Come and visit often!!!
