PAYMENT POLICY

We
will accept paypal payment, credit card payemnt through paypal only.
Buyer must use checkout to get the total and choice of payment method

Payment must be received within 7 days (from the auction ended date)

total by adding up the item price + shipping & handling fee +
insurance fee (optional).
Paypal buyers must have a confirmed address as the registered
shipping address. We will NOT ship to any unconfirmed address and
your payment will be refunded. Don't try to give us any shipping
address that's not your confirmed address or billing address. Your
item will still ship to the confirmed address or billing address
only. In this case, buyer need to take full responsibility for the
cost of item return, re-ship, lost or damage. If you can't confirm
your address with paypal or want to ship to other address beside the
billing address, we recommend you to choose other payment method.
We will
only ship to Billing Address for credit card payment.
Paypal
payment (in USD) is the only payment method will be accepted for
International Buyers.
We will only ship out products after the payment is cleared from our
bank. Remember, money deducts from your pocket doesn't mean we have
already get your money. However, it would not take too long for us
to clear the payment. Normal processing time is 24hrs to 72 hrs, It
may take less or more time.
SHIPPING POLICY

Buyers are responsible for the shipping and handling fees. All S&H rates
apply for different shipping destinations are clearly list on the item
description. Free Shipping offer is only available for Free Shipping
Item, Free Shipping Service Only Provide For Domestic U.S. with physical
address (48 States only).
Shipping/Handling do not include just the cost of the shipment. There
are additional costs such as additional packing materials, labor, boxes
and label.
Shipping and Handling Fee is non-refundable and non-negotiable under
any circumstances.
After we receive your payment, we will process and ship out your
order within 24 – 48 business hours except weekend or Holiday.
Most items will be shipped within 3-5 business days after payment is
received and cleared.
Item will be shipped by UPS Ground or USPS depends on the item size
and destination. All HI, AK, VI, PR, GU, MP, APO/FPO orders
will be shipped by USPS. We reserve the right to choose the service.
No tracking number can be provided for GU, VI, MP, APO/FPO &
International buyers. Buyers may take his own risk of lost shipment.
Delivery transit may take 3-10 business days for U.S. customers & 10
business days or more for International shipment, depends on
destination.
Canada and ALL other international Shipping Charges
do not include any custom and brokerage fees, buyers are responsible
for all custom and brokerage fees. If you have any question
regarding why you are being charged this fee, please refer to your
government official website. Brokerage fee varies upon the value of
the product, for rate information, please refer to the shipping
company.
No COD service will be provided.
Combined shipment will enjoy a 10 % off of the total
shipping and handling fees
All pick-up services will be charged at least half
of the listed S/H fee.
RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

Back Order may happen due to the delay of shipment from suppliers.
Therefore, if the item is in back order status, buyers can request a
full refund (the amount that we received) after 7 days of payment
received.

Shipping & Handling Fees are NON-REFUNDABLE under any
circumstances.

It’s
our goal to provide 100% satisfaction to our customers. If you are
not satisfied with the products (maybe you just don't like it or it
is not what you expected), you can ship back the item in the 100%
original brand new condition for the refund of the ITEM PRICE
only. Buyer is responsible for the return shipping fee. Item
must be returned to our warehouse within 30 days upon the item
delivered date. "FREE SHIPPING" item will be charged 20% of
item price for restocking fee. Item must has their original
packaging, no signs of being installed or mounted, used, cut wires
or scratches. Item must be original saleable condition (which is
determined solely by GT_RACERS). Fees may apply if item is
determined as not original condition.

If the product you received is not what you purchased or it
function as intend due to manufacturer's defect, we will gladly
replace it at no charge. However, it is required that you
provide a photo to show us the problem before we issue a return
label for you. And we must first receive the product back to our
warehouse, and examine the wrong/defective item before an
exchange, or refund is processed.

All of our items are made by OE approved manufacturers and they
were tested in factory. However, it does happen sometimes
because of improper installation or wrong item purchase. If an
item is being returned due to fitment problem, we do ask
customer to provide a written report from professional
installers or shops stating what the problem is or we will not
accept the return.

Due to the nature of the products we sell, we inspect all
packages prior to shipping. All of our products are sold as
brand new. All damaged products are considered damaged during
transit (even though outer box is not damaged). Please inspect
and hand-fit all items by the time it arrive. Customer MUST
contact us within 7 days after the date of package arrived. No
claims will be accepted after 7 days.
When the buyer received a damage or loss package,
please email us immediately so that we
can help you to solve the problem ASAP. Once we receive your
email, we may file a damage/loss claim against the
carrier (only apply to UPS/Fedex). Replacement item will be
shipped out after we receive the approval confirmation from the
carrier. However, if the claim is denied, we will NOT be
responsible for the lost package (this does not apply to damaged
item). For the damaged item, we will offer the buyer an exchange
only. Buyers are responsible for return shipping fee.
Buyer will have to pay extra fee if they want to upgrade their
shipping service.
All product returns MUST have our permission issued by us.
Please contact us via email to request the returned before
sending back the item. Be sure to clearly indicate the reason of
requesting a product return. RMA
(Return-Merchandise-Authorization) number will be issued for all
return/exchange items. Item must be returned and arrived within
14 days after RMA number is issued. RMA number must be clearly
written down on the box/package. Any return packages without a
RMA number will be refused by us.
All returned items (apply on any returned reason) must be in
their original packaging or they would be considered unreliable.
This includes, but is not limited to, no signs of being
installed or mounted, no cut wires, no scratches. It is the sole
responsibility of the customer and/or installer to confirm the
correctness of size and application before installation.
After we received your return item, we will verify the problem
and open the inspection process. Please given a reasonable
amount of time allow us to process your return item. After the
inspection, we will contact, exchange or refund to you ASAP.
Basically, all auction items are sold "as is". However, we are
willing to provide our customer a limited 60 days warranty.
That's the reason why you need to buy from us. Warranty is for
EXCHANGE ONLY. All products come with a 60 days limited warranty
against manufacturer’s defects including bulbs, LED outage, and
water leak. We will not be held responsible for any installation
fee associated.
No exchange will be issued on products that have been damaged or
improper use in any way. Customers must pay for both way
shipping for product exchange.

PRODUCT POLICY

Most of our item does not come with installation guide. Though some
products may come with instructions, they only serve as a guide. So do require professional installation.

Professional installation for all items is highly recommended. Buyer
assumes all risk on installation and usage.

that have been damaged or improper use in any way.

Fogging is not a defect in the product. It happen to all
lights of all brands. It is physics issue.
(It is similar to when your windshield fogs up when you get into the
car on cold days)

Some products may vary slightly due to
lighting, picture angles, or monitor resolution. You agree to these
terms by conducting the transaction. If you have questions, please
contact us.

Some items are only intended for show/static display vehicles or for
off-road racing vehicles. Please check with your local DMV
concerning legality within your state.

Buyer shall not be entitled to recover from us any consequential
damages, damages to property, damages for loss of use, loss of time,
loss of profit, loss of income, any costs of
installation/modification, cost of shipping and handling, or any
other incidental damages. Parts are aftermarket and are intended for
of road use only. Some product may claim SAE/DOT compliance; we
cannot assume responsibility for such claims. Please check your
local laws and research the parts you wish to purchase to insure
they are the correct items you want to purchase.

We will have the item in stock for what we list.
Occasionally,
due to high demand or human error we
may be temporarily out of stock. In this case,
we will
contact you and ask if you would like to wait for the part to be
back in stock (usually 3-10 days), product exchange or a full
refund.
SERVICE POLICY

services. Transactions may not be complete or maybe delay without
customers' checkout.

Winning Bid Notification will automatically send through email (the
email address that you registered eBay with) for completing the
purchase. Please email us if you have not received your invoice
within 24 hours.

Buyer will receive our Payment Received Notification email within 24
hours after we got the payment (except weekend and Holiday). If you
didn’t received it (UPS and our email may be blocked if customer’s
email account has filter) or want to check your order status, you

"Satisfied", ebay however, considers this a low grade. Their
standards require sellers to maintain the average of 4.8 and
above or be penalized with higher fees, which ultimately get
passed on to buyers, and more. In other
