Recently, my husband bought a 1968 GTO. It needs to be restored, so we decided to shop eBay for the necessary parts to fix it up. (I'll be posting pics to show the progres of the restoration.) And, we are also selling things to make money to buy those parts. That's where the ID gto-dreams came from.
It's a new identity, but it brings with it the experience I've gained over the years. One of the things I'm proudest of is my packaging. I pack everything so that it can survive the weekly UPS game that my packages are always used for. I've never had a problem. Of course, if any item arrived damaged, my course of action would be to file the insurance claim, then if UPS doesn't keep the item I would issue a 'return tag' so that the package will be returned to me at no cost to the buyer. I would also issue a complete refund including the original shipping.
I try to describe my items accurately, but if I make a mistake and the item isn't what I said it was, please let me know. I don't have a return policy, I will consider each case as it comes up.
Shipping is done the Monday after cleared payment. If you need an item shipped sooner than this, let me know so arrangements can be made. I am always happy to combine items for a discount. Even if the items can't be safely shipped together, I will give a shipping disount when multiple auctions are won.
