There's nothing we like more than things unusual.  So when we see the quirky or one-of-a-kind that appeals to us, we buy it.  And when we find something out of the ordinary that we think may hold appeal for others, we sell it.  Either way, we try to do it with integrity and enthusiasm.  Life's a lot less complicated that way... and a lot more fun!

 And Now... A Word About Watches: We’re both collectors. But I’m a bonafide addict of miscellaneous, mechanical, mid-20th-century round-cases.  So, I buy watches and sell ‘em with the sole purpose of up-grading my personal collection. I will never knowingly mis-represent a watch we offer on eBay. My goal is to under-promise condition and function to ensure that no other collector is ever disappointed with a purchase from GIS. If you buy a watch from us, I’ll do everything REASONABLY possible to make you happy. Now, I’ve been around long enough to know when I’m being conned. But if you find I’ve mis-represented something... I’ll fix it. And when you’ve got a watch available at auction that you think I might have an interest in, please let me know.

If you win one of our auctions, have a 99.7% or better positive feedback rating of 20 or more, and the item is not as described - we'll take it back and refund your total costs including return shipping. We only ask that you notify us within 72 hours of receiving the merchandise, and that you include our return authorization number (which we will provide via e-mail), within the package. We believe people are basically honest and good. In over 800 eBay transactions, we've only been burned twice. That's a pretty good eBay success rate!
