Q: What is your return policy?

A: We have a 100% satisfaction guarantee. Returns must be received 14 days after original delivery date. Returns are gladly accepted for exchange or return less 15% restocking fee. We do not credit shipping and handling costs or additional shipping costs incurred for exchanges. Item must be in new unused condition with packaging and paperwork intact.

Q: Do you combine shipping?

A: Yes we combine shipping whenever possible. Some items can't be combined because of size, shape, or warehouse location. It is best to email before purchasing to confirm that we can combine.

Q: When can I expect my USA shipment to arrive?

A: We are able to ship most items within one to two work days after payment clears. Most of our USA shipments go via Fed Ex Ground which delivers in one to five work days to most USA locations (depending on distance).

Q: How do you calculate the Shipping and Handling Charge?

A: Fed Ex costs a few dollars more than USPS Priority Mail because it includes insurance, tracking number, signature receipt, and the ability to redirect an in-transit package to a different address. Insurance claims are also processed and paid much more quickly. Handling costs include packing materials and labor costs to process and pack the order.

We do not calculate shipping costs individually. For instance a wrist watch being shipped to a USA customer would be $13 regardless of size and weight of the package or distance from Houston. This is our average cost for all shipments of this type.

Many EBay sellers use USPS Priority Mail which would cost about $7 or $8 for a typical watch. Add a $3 handling charge for new packing materials and order processing. Add another $3 for the extra services that Fed Ex provides and that gets you back to the $13 that we charge.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

A: Yes we do ship internationally. Most International shipments are via USPS International Express or International Priority with insurance and tracking. Transit time is usually about a week but foreign customs inspection can sometimes cause delays. Most shipments deliver within one to three weeks. Customers are responsible for any import taxes that may become due upon delivery. Insurance is included and is limited to the declared value on the Customs form. We add a $10 handling charge for most International shipments because there is more work involved, most customer communications, export paperwork to prepare, and we must hand deliver to the post office.
