I started this venture to help budget minded musicians find the guitar that's right for them. And if my wife and I are able to pay a few of our bills in the process...it's a win-win. I flat-out love guitars. And because I enjoy both owning and more importantly playing beautiful guitars, I am committed to making sure that your experience with me and with my company will be second to none. I will always be willing to work with you to ensure that it is. I chose and have a passion for this business because it is a great way to connect guitar players of all ages and abilities with quality musical instruments. I realize that there are many guitar brands and even more company's that are selling them. But I believe that the customer is the most important person in any business. I honestly feel, and will work personally to see that you will find exceptional customer service at Rik's Guitar Heaven. www.riksguitarheaven.com The guitars that I sell at Rik's Guitar Heaven have varied backgrounds but have not been previously owned! I carry New guitars as well as selecting guitars from manufacturers that were either discontinued models, factory 2nd's due to a finish flaw, factory overstocks, dealer returns or floor models that didn't sell. These guitars are then sent directly to a factory refurbishing center. If there are any finish flaws, they are either repaired or they are so small that they are simply left alone. A USED stamp is then placed on the back of the headstock to protect the manufacturer's themselves from dishonest dealers trying to make false warranty claims.
