Our items that we place for auction are usually a one-time only offer of a single item that has been found in any one of our six warehouses. We try to describe the items to the best of our ability, but if you are not sure about something, please ask! Installation & Safety
Numrich Gun Parts Corporation deals in modern as well as obsolete merchandise. We do not offer gun repair nor can instruct you how to perform repairs. The replacement parts you receive are, to the best of our knowledge, fully functional and reliable unless otherwise noted. However, their improper installation could result in an unsafe firearm. For your safety and the safety of others, we strongly recommend that a competent gunsmith make all repairs and modifications.
Shipping and Handling
Our items are shipped from our facility in West Hurley New York. We have a professional staff that will make sure your item is packaged to prevent damage while en route to you. Our shipping costs do not only reflect postage, but our handling costs, labor, packaging and other associated costs. Our office is open Monday through Friday 8am to 5pm EST, we process orders and send out shipments during our normal business hours. We do our best to have your item shipped out quickly, and to have shipment confirmation emailed to you. If your item is damaged in shipment, please keep the packing materials and contact us so we can begin the return and investigation process.
Returns Policy
We will accept returns within 30 Days of auction end. Please contact us prior to sending your return to us, so that we can process it quickly. All items can be returned (unless otherwise noted), provided it has not been altered, abused, or damaged. Follow the return instructions on the back of your packing slip. Our guarantee is void if gunsmithing has been started. We will send your refund via check for properly returned items. A 15% restocking fee may be charged for returns after 30 days. Please securely package and insure returned merchandise.
