Hello, My name is Mike Peterson I am legally blind but I don't let that stop me from producing a living for my family. I am married to the most wonderful person in the world and have been that way for 24 years. I have three wonderful children and every year we take kids from different parts of the world on an exchange program . Since I cant drive a car anymore I needed a way to get to my customers computers and have tried everything on the market and it was all too slow, could not get through the firewall, or generally was so buggy that I might as well had tried to effect repairs using smoke signals. Not any more! I have a little program I call "Guru-by-Remote" this will punch right through to me instead of me to it. I can transfer files to the sick computer and fix almost any software issue by remote control. as long as the computer can get on the internet I can fix it from here. Fast and professional, You may never have to unplug your computer or hire a tech to come to your place to repair the computer again. I used to do technical support for a local internet service provider for a number of years for free! I did it so that if their customers ever needed any computer repairs done; they could call their internet service (me) and I could get the work! This worked really well for about 3 years. I remember calling the owners of the internet service and saying things like: “If you would just repair such and such file we would have loads less trouble” They made lots of promises but never did anything. I started making a list of the things I did not like and when the list got too big I called them and told them that I was no longer comfortable with the deal. I gave them one last chance to make it right. Then in September of 2005, I started Missouri Internet Service. WWW.moisp.net. I am proud to say that it is growing by leaps and bounds! Since my companies inception, I have not lost one customers!!!!!!!!!!! I offer guru-by-remote with all my new internet subscribers. I also offer a 800 number for people to dial into the internet if you live in a podunk town that has a monopoly on internet and telephone service. Check it out
