and these are the things you can expect from us if bidding on your items:

• If we win your auction, we will make payment instantly, or within 24 hours, depending on your terms

 

• We will drop you an email to let you know our payment has been sent

 

• We will let you know when the item has arrived

• We are PayPal 'Verified' members so extra reassurance that we are genuine (but you already know that, right)

Now, this is what you can expect if you bid on one of our auctions:

• If you win our auction, we will send you confirmation that your payment has been received

 

• We will package your item with utmost care and make sure it is suitably packed for the journey

 

• As soon as payment has cleared, we will send your item via our local post office, and if payment clears before 4pm we will probably send it the same day (unless its a sunday, in which case it will be posted Monday morning)

 

• We always obtain proof of postage, and we will provide you with any tracking numbers if applicable to your item

 

• We always leave feedback

We hate leaving negative feedback, so we will try to resolve any disputes before doing so, but if an Item has not been paid for after a reminder, Negative feedback and an Unpaid Item will be reported to eBay, likewise if we do not receive an item within a reasonable amount of time, we will contact the seller to try and resolve the situation before resorting to Negative feedback and reporting to eBay.

Currently, we accept PayPal, Personal Cheques, Bankers Drafts and Postal Orders as payment methods.

Please Note: We will only post items to the billing address given by PayPal or eBay, this is only to protect buyers and sellers from online fraud!
