HAVANESE ANGEL LEAGUE ORGANIZATION
SAVING ONE DOG AT A TIME
At the Havanese Angel League Organization for Rescue (HALO), we are dedicated to the survival and care of Havanese. These Havs come from owner surrenders and puppy mill auctions. Our goal is to save one Havanese at a time and insure it has a safe and happy home. 		 
What's a havanese look like?

We will inform people of this wonderful breed at public functions, espouse the evilness of puppy mills and their supply to pet stores and will take great pains to place the Havanese in the best environment through diligent reference checking prior to placement and follow-up after placement
