I wanted to let you know that I got my order today and that I appreciate the rapid shipment as well as the accuracy of the order (large order, 11 DVD's)  I also want to thank you for the good prices on these selections.  we don't have good service in the US... often you are doing a lot of work to give them your money... and we know how to hype "customer service" but very few business give good customer service... they'll tell ya they are the best, but its maddening most of the times  Thanks again for the good experience... I'm really looking forward to studying these DVD's over the next few months!

Of course, be sure you're at the top of my favourite sellers. It doesn't matter the distance between our countries, because honestly, your shipment has been the fastest I've ever seen. Even shipments within Madrid (from the north of the city to the south) are slower than yours. It's astonishing. My hat is completely off.  Not only me, but also I'll tell my friends about Hamcor.
