Here are some answers to some frequentely asked questions -
Q - How much is postage and packing?
A - Postage and Packing is totally free no matter where in the world you are, or how many stones you order. We only ask that you pay a compulsary and minimal fee should you wish to take out insurance in the event of loss/damage during transit.
Q - Will these diamonds report as being natural when tested with a digital tester.
A - Reports vary from different testers, but most will display as either being a simulated gemstone (Moissanite, CZ, etc), some will report an unknown reading, and some cheaper testers will report these as being natural stones. This is worrying if you are a jeweller, but wonderful for the surprised buyers who have reported these findings to us. I can only assume that a cheap tester was used, as any good tester will be able to spot these stones, as that is what testers were invented for.
Q - So these stones really look as good as natural diamond?
A - To put it simply, yes! They are as clear, flawless and as full of brilliance as a natural mined stone rated at IF/D. The only drawback is that the cut is inferior to natural mined stones, for reasons that Im sure you can appreciate. If a cutter has a 1ct flawless piece of diamond to work with, the utmost most care and precision will be used to cut the material, as it is worth around £8000. A 1ct lab diamond simulate only costs a fraction of this, so, lesser skilled cutters and employed to work with them. However, the cut is still lovely, and all our stones are all examined to make sure that we only sell what we consider to be the best.
Q - What guarantee do I have of quality?
A - Well, aswell as us being an eBay Power Seller, having superb feedback ratings and trading history, we are happy to offer a 100% money back promise to anybody who isnt totally satisfied with their purchase upon arrival.
Whether your stone arrives and it is damaged, you dont like it, or simply change your mind about wanting it, just return it for a rull refund, including postage costs, so you wont lose a penny!
Q - Do you supply wholesale lots?
A - eBay does not suggest the purchase of items away from auction, nor does it allow advertisement of items away from auction. This is to protect buyers, and is a policy that we totally understand and endorse. However, as a Power Seller, you can be sure that we are trustworthy, and we are indeed gemstone traders away from eBay, and will be happy to answer any questions re wholesale lots. We can offer large discounts for lots also.
Q - Which size is the best for a ring?
A - This is all down to personal preference. Some ladies wouldnt be seen dead with any less than a full carot on their finger, whereas some think that this looks too big. Personally, I prefer a size of around 3/4ct 5.5mm for a solitaire ring, for the majority of people. This is why we sell more of this sized stone than any other, as it is a very versatile and popular size for both earrings and rings alike, not to mention being used as part of a multiple stoned larger piece of jewellery. For solitaire pendants and more extravagant or non everyday wear, or simply for display purposes, we supply round pieces of up to 75mm in diameter, so the choice is endless!
Many thanks again for looking, and the best of luck if you decide to bid on any of our auctions.
