Customer Service Policy
We are dedicated to a high quality of customer service. We
strive to provide the most accurate descriptions and images. However, occasionally colors may be slightly
distorted due to photo quality and screen resolution. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free

Shipping Policies
- We provide a shipping calculator for each listing.
- Shipping charges include actual shipping charges plus any additional packing fees. (Packaging, Wrapping,
Bags or boxes, etc.)

We will Combine Shipping whenever possible. Any combined shipments must be paid for together!
- Items will be packed and shipped within 4 business days of cleared payment.

Return Policies
- If there is a serious problem with the item you purchased, please notify us first!!

Returns will only be accepted if there is a problem with the item.
- We must be notified of any problems within 7 days, and we must be notified before any returns are made.
- Items returned without my knowlege CAN NOT be refunded.
- The buyer will have 14 days to return the item.
- Any damage caused in shipping WILL NOT be compensated. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND purchasing
insurance.
- The buyer will only be refunded the purchase price of the item.
- Buyer holds responsibility for the shipping charges, taxes, insurance, or any other fees.
