Q: I have a question about an item.
A: Before you write me to ask a question please take time to read the description again. Almost every question I get asked, the answer is already in the description. I don’t want to appear rude and grumpy, but I spend a tremendous amount of time answering emails instead of shipping out items. If it is a reasonable question I have no problem answering.
Q: What will I receive?
A: You will get the same thing that is in the top picture of the listing. The only exception is when I sell unstuffed pillows. Those pictures show what they should look like after the buyer fills the pillows with their own fiberfill.
Q: Do you have more than one of these items?
A: Most of the time I do.

Q: How do you ship?
A: Anything with free shipping is shipped first class from NY state. Shipping time is usually 2-5 days. If you buy several things so that the total weight is over 13 ounces, then shipping is priority. If you need to upgrade to priority shipping, let me know and I will add the cost for Priority shipping to your total owed. Priority shipping time is 2-3 days. Overnight shipping is more than $20.00.
Q: Will I get my item in time for Christmas?
A: The faster you pay, the faster I ship. I mail out just as quick as humanly possible, but I have no control on what the US postal service does once it is in their hands. Read my feedback. Most say fast shipping. To upgrade to priority shipping add $4.00 to your total if purchase fits in a FLAT RATE PRIORITY ENVELOPE. To upgrade to overnight shipping, add $20.00 to your total if purchase fits in a FLAT RATE EXPRESS ENVELOPE. Both size flat rate envelopes are 12 inches by 9 inches. To give an idea of size, up to 10 bandanas or 5 unstuffed pairs of pillows will fit in this envelope. Please contact me with purchases for priority or express shipping price for items that will not fit in these flat rate envelopes. Email me what you want to purchase and your zip code. Without Zip code info I will be unable to give a quote.
Q: Can you ship the item to someone else?
A: Yes, no problem. Just make sure you enter the person’s mailing info on the SHIP TO area of the PayPal payment. Do not send an email or a note on your payment. It is PayPal’s policy that sellers MUST ship to the Ship to: address on the payment.
Q: Do you combine shipping?
A: Yes, I do combine shipping. Simply bid on the items you want and I will send you a discounted shipping amount invoice. If you are unsure, feel free to write and ask me what the shipping cost will be for combined items before you bid. Make sure I get your zip code or country also. To receive shipping discount you must pay for all your purchases in ONE single PayPal payment.
Q: How do I combine the shipping for items I purchased?
A: Please wait to pay until you are done shopping at HapninSports and have received a combined invoice for all items purchased, even if free shipping is offered. I am online many times during the day and it won’t take long for you to get an invoice with multiple items discounted shipping. To receive shipping discount you must pay for all your purchases in ONE single PayPal payment. I have to pay paypal fees for each individual payment. In order to keep my shipping costs free on most of my items, I need buyers to make one single payment.
Q: When can I expect my order to arrive?
A: I almost always ship within 24 hours of completed payment 6 days a week. I have no exact control of how many days it will take to get to you once I hand the package over to the post office. It usually does not take more than 3-4 days.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes, I do ship internationally. The shipping price for Canada is listed on the auction just below the Paypal logo. Other countries, please contact me BEFORE you bid. I will let you know the shipping cost and then you may bid on item if you still desire.
Q: If I bid on a pair of pillows, how many should I bid, 1 or 2?
A: When you are bidding on a pair of pillows you would bid 1 to receive both pillows, as pictured. If you want 2 pairs of pillows, you would bid 2 to receive 4 pillows, as pictured.

Q: Why do I have to pay by PayPal?
A: Ebay has told sellers they can only offer PayPal or accept credit cards directly. HapninSports is not large enough to be able to accept individual credit cards. Therefore, the only option is PayPal. I don't agree with this change, but I have to abide by eBay’s rules.
Q: Why does shipping cost so much?
A: Postal rates have continued to be raised higher & higher over the past few years. In May 2009 USPS Priority and Express prices were raised again! S/H is NOT only for postage costs, but also for Envelopes, boxes, labels, rubber stamps, ink for printer, eBay fees, Paypal fees and gasoline for the 10 mile round trip drive to the Post Office once or twice a day! You agree the S/H price is acceptable without further question or qualification when you bid on an item.
Q: What is the size or how big is this item?
A: Every item I sell has the dimensions in the description.
Q: Can you please ship my item right away?
A: Everyone wants their item quickly after a sale. When I get paid, I ship within 24 hours of receipt of payment 6 days a week. I ship out the same day as payment if the post office is open. I can not do any better than that.
Q: What is your return policy?
A: I will only accept an item for return if an error has been done by me, such as wrong team, defective, size, color etc. My items are pictured, measured and give all the necessary information. I do not refund because you changed your mind. I pay all shipping costs to return and reship the correct item. Please do not use feedback as a form of communication concerning any displeasure that you may have with your purchase. At that point, I will not be able to help you with any issue that you may have. I make every effort to ensure that you are pleased with your purchase. Please email me first before returning item and before leaving feedback. If you leave negative feedback without giving me a chance to redeem myself, you will be responsible for all shipping costs.
Q: Can you let me know when you have shipped out my items?
A: I always personally send the buyer an email letting you know the item has been shipped and that positive feedback has been left for you.
Q: I paid PayPal by eCheck. Why don‘t you mail my item out immediately?
A: It is PayPal’s policy that sellers can not ship until the payment has actually cleared. As soon as PayPal notifies me of clearance, I ship right out.
Q: Why did my pillows come with no stuffing?
A: You bought the pillows that state you need to provide your own stuffing. I do sell pillows with filling. Shipping is very expensive on them due to the size. Therefore, I also offer pillows unstuffed, at a great price. You add the filling, stitch up a 3 inch space and you are done. Simple as can be! You saved some money and ended up with a nice gift and shipping is free!
Q: If YOU the BUYER, do not read the description and end up not getting what you expected ……..do I the SELLER, deserve negative comments?
