All of my items are stored in my pet-free, smoke free home. When describing the condition of baby items, maternity.............. I use the following descriptions:

• NWT (New With Tags)

• NWOT (New Without Tags- never been worn, but it may have been washed one time)

• EUC (Excellent Used Condition- worn and washed once or twice, but no stains, imperfections or excessive wash wear)

• GUC (Good Used Condition- may show some signs of wash wear or minor stains or imperfections that are described in the listing). Please note that my kids' names or initials may be written on the tags

If payment is not made within 3 days, I will re-list the item, file a non-paying bidder report and leave negative feedback. I don't mean to sound harsh, but unfortunately I have encountered too many non-paying bidders over the past years!

I ship only to the United States (including P.O. and A.P.O boxes) and Canada or Worldwide. I generally ship through USPS with delivery confirmation. Insurance is optional. Seller will not be responsible for lost/damaged items if insurance is not elected. Your items will ship within 48 hours of receipt of payment, not including Saturday, Sundays or Holidays. If you win multiple items I will combine the shipping--don't immediately pay, send me an email and I will send you an invoice that for all items after the first one discounts my listed. I calculate the combined shipping total using the shipping and handling cost for the largest item/lot, then adding charges by 50% (the more items you buy the less you will pay per item for shipping) for each additional item/lot. I try hard to make sure all my customers are happy. The discount does not apply to some large items and lots. I will specifically state in the listing whether or not the auction qualifies for the combined shipping discount. If you are bidding on multiple listings, please e-mail me to let me know that your payment for the first item will be delayed

I do not generally accept returns, unless there is a mistake or misrepresentation in my listing. However, customer satsifaction is a priority. I will work with you to remedy any problems that arise during the transaction. I guarantee satisfaction or your money back, but less postage. Refunds are not given if you purchase the wrong size or design or buyer accidently broke the items. Please do not return it to me, I am very careful and honest to listing my item.
