• Will the Italian silver chain get tarnished, scratched or even chipped?
  All silver jewelry is subject to tarnishing, scratching and chipping. It is not made of platinum or white gold, which will last much longer. Italian silver chains are famous for their brightness. In order to make these silver chains so bright, the Italian manufacturers managed to coat a layer of nickel on top of the base silver (to make it extra smooth) before they finish it with a thick layer of silver again. They made the silver extra shiny this way, but the trade off is that the layer of nickel (darker color) will eventually show up after the top layer of silver is worn off, and the chain will turn black. Even though these chains are made of solid sterling silver (the base metal is silver, not copper), they will be damaged permanently if you do not take a good care of them like you take care of your other delicate jewelry.
• How do I take care of my silver jewelry?
  Proper care is really the key to prolonging its life. Silver jewelry needs to be kept dry and stored in a plastic bag when not in use. It especially needs to be treated gently like any other fine jewelry. I wouldn't expect it to survive through my daily chores if it gets banged or scratched often. Lightly clean it only when necessary. I use a silver polishing cloth which you can find in most department store or large jewelry store. Over-polishing will wear off the finish fast and turn the chain a gray color. Every person's body chemicals also play an important role, but there is nothing we can do about that since we need to wear it against our skin. Keep all silver away from anything that contains sulphur (i.e. rubber bands) which will corrode the silver, making it turn black fast.


• Which bangle size do I need
  To wear a solid bangle that does not open, your hand has to be able to fit through it. To find out which bangle size will fit you, please do the following:
  Wrap a soft measuring tape around the widest part of your hand (hold the hand as if it is fitting through a bangle), forming a complete circle and get a measurement at where it overlaps. If you cannot find a soft measuring tape, you can follow these steps:
  • 1. find a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 3/4"
  • 2. Wrap it around the widest part of your hand (hold the hand as if it is fitting through a bangle)
  • 3. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle
  • 4. With a ruler, measure the length from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark
  The length you get is the minimum size of a solid bangle you will barely fit through, since most bangles are not as flexible.

• Which ring size do I need
  Please keep in mind that the largest part of your finger has to be able to fit through. To find out which size will fit you, please do the following:
  Wrap a soft measuring tape around the largest part of the finger on which you wish to wear your ring, forming a complete circle and get a measurement (in mm, not in inches, 1 cm = 10 mm) at where it overlaps. If you cannot find a soft measuring tape, you can follow these steps:
  • 1. find a piece of string or strip of paper no wider than 1/2"
  • 2. Wrap it around the largest part of your finger
  • 3. Use a pen to mark the point on the string/paper where it overlaps, forming a complete circle
  • 4. With a ruler, measure the length (in mm, not in inch) from the starting end of the string/paper to the pen mark
  Use your mm measurement to match up with the "Circumference metric mm" in this conversion table.
  The nearest larger ring size under the "US Size" should fit you the best.

• How will my package be shipped?
  We normally ship via USPS First Class Mail with delivery confirmation in a small cardboard Box or a padded envelope.
• What should I do if it is over 10 days and my package hasn't arrived?
  Packages sometimes get delayed. A domestic package is covered by insurance if the delivery confirmation shows the package is lost. The insurance requires a two weeks waiting period. Please email us two weeks after your package is shipped. If the delivery confirmation verifies the package is not delivered, we will claim it to the insurance and issue a replacement or a refund (if a replacement is not available). The insurance does not cover it if the delivery confirmation says your package is delivered. The delivery confirmation is the only information that the insurance can verify. You will need to contact your mail carrier to locate the missing package.
• Can you ship my package via express mail or priority mail?
  We will be happy to let you know the cost if you email us your zip code. Please call your local post office first to make sure that whether an express mail is guaranteed overnight or 2 days for your address.

International Shipping Information

• $4.00 per shipment international shipping fee ($3.00 for Canada) covers regular airmail postage and handling.
• Insurance and tracking are not available unless you want to purchase Global Express mail. Please email us for a quote.
• We will ship your package within the next business day. Regular airmail normally takes the post office 1 - 3 weeks to deliver it, plus the time needed to clear through the customs house.
• Buyers are responsible for any and all taxes or duties that your country may charge you. We will state the actual auction or sales prices as the value of your items on the customs form.
